Copilot versus Cursor: (This is so embarrassing for Copilot) I opened the same project in Visual Studio Code and Cursor. I asked both agents to complete the same task: • Cursor: 34 seconds • Visual Studio Code: 122 seconds (4x slower!) At this point, Copilot is so behind Cursor that it's sad to even remember they were once ahead.

Great to see this formalized Fable 5 is really great at refactoring / optimizing PRs, but often I want to understand why Rather than asking follow ups at $10 / $50 per million tokens, I hand these off to Cursor Composer 2.5 (5% of the cost) Recently, I asked Fable 5 to refactor a PR - I noticed it made a large change to a SQL statement and added a CTE I handed off a transcript of the chat to Composer and asked "Why did you change the SQL statement for the queued message updates?" Fable 5 works while the Cursor harness explains The same thing can be done with a plan + implement approach (Fable 5 -> GPT 5.5) Since 5.5 is ~50% cheaper, the math still holds

I added a Knowledge Graph to Cursor using MCP. You gotta see this working! Knowledge graphs are a game-changer for AI Agents, and this is one example of how you can take advantage of them. How this works: 1. Cursor connects to Graphiti's MCP Server. Graphiti is a very popular open-source Knowledge Graph library for AI agents. 2. Graphiti connects to Neo4j running locally. Now, every time I interact with Cursor, the information is synthesized and stored in the knowledge graph. In short, Cursor now "remembers" everything about our project. Huge! Here is the video I recorded.
