Efficiency in time is better than length of time

One of my kid's elementary math teachers said she didn't believe in 30-40 math problems a night. Five max. If they understand the concept there is no point in overloading them. Work smarter, not harder

The most successful programs in sports and business don’t pocket watch or time watch. They trust the people to get the work done and do as they please. Micro management doesn’t produce winning or a positive culture.

Reminds me of Bud Grants coaching philosophy. More to life than just football but maximize all the time that you spend when you’re focusing on football.
