@CCignettiIU Love his take on ankle, knee, and hip flexibility as well as toughness. The main reason why I stopped playing football was I just lacked the toughness for the sport. Now I was tough af for Basketball and known as someone who would enforce but the Oklahoma drill ran me out of fb.
