Curtis Axel definitely came at the wrong era because that guy could wrestle and especially his dad Mr Perfect would be so proud of him and what he achieved in WWE #HappyFathersDay

They made him into a weird Hogan superfan and that was the end of his career. The guy was talented. I liked his music. Him being paired with Heyman was a nice nod to Perfect/Heenan. He was just a victim of bad creative.

Right? Like god damn, I really wanted him to get more than what they gave him, he was definitely talented like his dad. He really did come at the wrong era, such a shame. Man do I miss him

He always had good move sets

I actually liked Curtis Axel and it’s a shame Vince just seen him as jobber. Sure he lacked charisma but he had the look and was solid In Ring. Glad he had this moment.

This was supposed to be Fandango winning the title here but he got a concussion two weeks before and was pulled for Axel

Always liked him. Regret not buying his "Better Than Perfect" shirt.

@HeelBalor I feel like they could e done a lot with Curtis if they really tried. He wouldve been a mid carder for life probably but he was better and deserved something other than being a jobber.

I really loved his feud with triple H and Cm punk 😭

Agree and he had a banger theme song. You can hear Mr. Perfect old theme mixed in with it 🔥

Was always a big fan of him “Better than Perfect”
