@CurtisSliwa Curtis Sliwa loves New York City. The last mayor that loved NYC as much as him was Ed Koch. I have no idea why the people of New York did not vote for him. He would never intentionally harm New York City.

Amazing. People need help. The democrats aren't helping. Reagan started this by closing all the psychiatric hospitals. Convert unused/obsolete federal buildings and malls back into psychiatric institutions. Provide care for these people who desperately need help. It keeps the general public safe, too.
