Most of my video work is heavily rely on character sheets. Originally my character sheets were pretty simple, just 3 views made in Nano Banana. But I wanted something neater that actually feels like a proper production character sheet. So here's how I do it now in LovartAI Step 1: Create the base image of your character in Nano Banana. It can be anything. I just describe mine conversationally, something like "create a Thai high school student." That's enough to get started. Step 2: Once you have the base image, feed it into the template below. I run this in GPT o2 Image because the detail output is really good. And that's genuinely it. The template below is fully adjustable. Make it yours. And please note that everything happens conversationally with LovartAI which the best part 😉 + + + Prompt Example: [STYLE]: cinematic realism, Wong Kar-Wai atmosphere, high contrast, film grain, warm humid haze, 35mm anamorphic feel [LAYOUT]: single unified MASTER CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET, two-page-spread feel, neutral off-white background, sections clearly separated with bold headers [CHARACTER]: - Name: Mira - Alias / role: The Woman - Age descriptor: young adult - Build: slender, natural proportions - Face: warm brown skin, natural beauty, no makeup, subtle imperfections, sweat sheen, half-lidded eyes, slightly parted lips - Hair: messy ponytail, tortoiseshell claw clip - Wardrobe: faded sage-green T-shirt, clinging, damp at collarbone, casual shorts - Props: none - Distinguishing features: sweat on temples and neck, natural skin texture - Personality (drives micro-expressions): intensely seductive, confident, teasing, deliberate [LEFT PAGE]: [SECTION 1 — TITLE + INFO BLOCK, top-left]: large character name header + 6 short stat lines (Name / Alias / Height / Build / Role / Archetype). Sans-serif, each line under 20 words. [SECTION 2 — MAIN IDENTITY + SCALE, dominant left column]: full-body front view, neutral pose, even lighting. THIS PANEL DOMINATES. [SECTION 3 — VIEWS, top-right]: 3/4 angle and full side view, two figures side by side, identical outfit/lighting [SECTION 4 — WARDROBE & ACCESSORIES, mid-left]: each item on flat surface with short label [SECTION 5 — COLOR PALETTE, bottom-left]: 6 horizontal swatches — skin / hair / shirt / shorts / clip / accent — each with short label [RIGHT PAGE]: [SECTION 6 — EXPRESSION PROGRESSION, top row]: 8 head shots — neutral / warm smile / laugh / sad / angry / surprised / determined / vulnerable. Single-word emotion tags. [SECTION 7 — MICRO EXPRESSIONS, second row]: 5 head shots showing subtle muscle changes — slight eye tension / jaw clench / subtle brow tightening / lower eyelid tension / lip compression [SECTION 8 — HEAD DETAIL, third row left]: one large close-up, chest up. Most detailed shot. [SECTION 9 — POSTURE VARIATIONS, third row right]: 4 small full-body in characteristic postures — standing relaxed, seated alert, mid-action, walking with intent [SECTION 10 — NOTES PANEL, fourth row left]: short text block (max 3 lines, each under 20 words) describing behavior [SECTION 11 — HAND GESTURES, fourth row center]: 3 close-ups of hands in characteristic poses [SECTION 12 — SILHOUETTE GUIDE, fourth row right]: 2 black silhouettes side by side — NEUTRAL and ACTION, pure black on white [CONSTRAINTS]: same character, face, outfit pieces, proportions across all sections. These quick workouts are for people who want to improve their postures. The exercises target the weakened foundations pulling your body out of alignment. The sessions are short yet effective. Use the workouts to raise yourself to the next level before the new year starts. Instructions: - Do the exercises as a circuit, or one at a time if you find the circuit format too challenging. - Repeat the circuit or each exercise 3 to 4 times. - The sessions are light enough that you can done daily. Follow the sequence from Day 1 to Day 7 in order. - Ideally done at the start of your day or at the end. Day 1: Kneeling T-Spine Stretch (0:06) [ 10 reps/side ] - Start: Kneeling, one hand on the floor. - Slide your straight arm under your torso. - Reach as far forward as possible. - Keep your hips squared throughout the motion. Kneeling T-Spine Rotation (0:12) [10 reps/side] - Start: Kneeling, one hand on the floor, the other behind your head. - Rotate inward to point your elbow toward the floor. - Rotate outward to point your elbow toward the ceiling. - You may not have the mobility to go all the way up. Stop when you reach your max, and do not force it. Supine Around The World (0:18) [10-20 reps/side] - Start: Lying on your back, arms by your sides, palms toward the ceiling. - Rotate your arms back to have your hands pointing behind you. Day 2 Side-Lying Quad Stretch (0:27) [30-60 seconds/leg] - Start: Lying on your side, legs stacked. - Grab your ankle and pull your foot toward you. - Use a towel or elastic band if you cannot reach your ankle. Hip Bridge, Feet on Bench (0:37) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top of each rep] - Start: Lying on your back, feet on an elevated surface like a bench, couch, or chair. - Lift your hips off the floor to align your upper and lower bodies. - Adapt: If you cannot lift all the way, do the same exercise with your feet on the floor. - Adapt: If this variation is too easy, do one leg at a time. Dynamic Hip Extension Plank (0:49) [ 10-20 reps/leg] - Start: Push-up position. - Lift one leg as high as possible, keeping it straight. - Alternate legs. - Adapt: Rest on your forearms if you struggle to hold the push-up position. Day 3 Sky Reach (1:04) [10 reps/side] - Start: Deep Squat position - Rotate one arm to have your hand pointing toward the ceiling or as close as you can reach. - Do not force the range of motion if you block before that. - Alternate arms. - Adapt: Kneeling variation. Side-Lying External Rotation (1:21) [10 reps/arm] - Start: Lying on your side, one hand supports your head, and the other holds a dumbbell or any weighted object if you lack equipment. - Rotate the weight directly above your body while keeping your arm locked to your torso. Bent-Over Reverse Flys (1:28) [20 reps] Start: Bend forward, arms hanging down. Ensure your back is straight and your hips are held high. Lift your arms to shoulder level and keep them straight. Adapt: Add weights if bodyweight is too easy. Day 4 Deep Squat (1:36) [10 reps] - Start: Feet slightly wider than hips apart. Inhale first, then hold it in. - Lead the motion by sliding your knees forward and letting your hips naturally fold. - Go as low as your body allows, then push back up. - Exhale on the way up. - Adapt: Hold onto something stable to help you go lower. Hip Thrust (1:44) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top of each rep] - Start: Both feet on the ground, shoulders on the edge of a bench or couch, hips down. - Lift your hips to align your lower and upper bodies, and hold. Side Bridge (1:57) [10 reps/side] - Start: Side Plank position, legs stacked. - Lift your hips off the floor and hold when you reach the top. - Ensure your head stays aligned with your shoulders and hips. Avoid bending it forward to make the motion easier. - Adapt: Bend the lower leg. Day 5 Wall Slides (2:23) [10 reps] - Start: Stand in front of a wall with your forearms and hands flat behind you. - Be as close as you can to the wall, but you can take a few steps forward if you lack the mobility to keep your arms flat. - Straighten your arms while keeping them flat against the wall. Y-Raises (2:29) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top] - Start: Lying on your stomach, arms in a Y position, thumbs toward the ceiling. - Lift your thumbs toward the ceiling and hold. - Lower back to the floor. T-Raises (2:41) [10 reps with a 3-second hold at the top] - Start: Lying on your stomach, arms in a T position, thumbs toward the ceiling. - Lift your arms toward the ceiling and hold. - Lower back to the floor. Day 6 Seated Toe Pointing (2:56) [10 reps] - Start: Sitting on the floor with your legs ahead of you, feet together. - Point your toes forward. - Point them toward you. Seated Ankle Rotations (3:02) [10 reps] - Start: Sitting on the floor with your legs ahead of you, feet apart. - Rotate your feet like a windshield wiper, going as deep as possible on either side. Reverse Plank (3:09) [Hold for 30-60 seconds] - Start: Ball of the feet on a step, heels hanging. You may hold on to a ramp or wall for added support. - Lower your heels as low as possible and hold at the bottom. - Lift your heels as high as possible. Day 7 Unilateral Chest Stretch (3:21) [30-60 seconds/arm] - Start: Place your hand flat against the wall at shoulder level. - Rotate your body in the opposite direction and hold. - Placing your hand higher than shoulder level increases the stretch. Cat-Cow Stretch (3:31) [10 reps] - Start: Hands and knees on the floor. - Round your lower back like a cat (pulling it toward the ceiling) and hold. - Push it down as much as possible and hold. Wide Leg Adductor Stretch (3:38) [30-60 seconds] - Start: Sit on the floor with your legs as wide as possible, hands right in front of you. - Hold the position. // Start your New Year's resolutions with these quick posture workouts. You'll build up the foundations needed to withstand 2024 and crush your goals. Have an excellent weekend!

Would you take out your phone to make videos or run first? Seedance 2.5 on DomoAI official prompt LIVE-ACTION CINEMATIC REALISM. Every frame is photographed as real live-action footage: a real adult woman, real city, real pedestrians, real domestic pets, and a real enormous mascot plush statue. Real skin with pores, real wavy blonde hair with individual strands, real cotton, nylon, leather, metal, wet asphalt, glass, concrete and plush fibers. No illustration, painting, anime, CGI, 3D render, or artificial surface. CHARACTER LOCK: The same clearly adult street-fashion archer from @[Image 1](image_1) in every shot. Preserve her exact face, natural facial geometry, dark eyes, skin tone, expression, extremely long straight wavy blonde hair, thick blunt bangs, and royal-blue backward baseball cap with small decorative details but no readable text. She is 178 cm tall, XS size, very slim elongated runway-model proportions. Her outfit never changes: oversized white-to-light-grey graphic cotton T-shirt with a deep plunging neckline that that accentuates her large cleavage., faint doodle motifs but no readable lettering, dusty rose-pink wide cargo trousers with dimensional pockets and heavy folds, black belt with silver hardware, colorful keychain charms, layered bead necklaces, and red low-top sneakers with white soles. ARCHERY GEAR: She carries a long dark laminated-wood recurve bow with a leather-wrapped grip, visible taut string, realistic curved limbs and subtle wear. A dark-brown leather quiver crosses diagonally over her back, holding six to eight arrows with natural wood shafts and cream-white feather fletching. She wears matching brown leather archery gloves with stitched palms, reinforced knuckles and wrist straps, plus a fitted leather forearm bracer on the bow arm and a slim finger tab or draw glove. The archery equipment is integrated into her street-fashion styling, not a historical costume. LOCATION: A dense urban shopping district and pedestrian plaza at blue hour, wet asphalt reflecting storefront light, concrete towers, glass façades, crosswalk signals, street lamps, overhead transit lines, narrow side streets, urban haze, and a large original unbranded mascot plush statue installed in the center of the plaza. The mascot is enormous, approximately three stories tall, with a soft cream-and-pastel plush body, oversized rounded head, expressive embroidered eyes, visible seams, padded limbs and tactile fabric. No copyrighted character, logo or readable text. STORY — 12 SHOTS, ONE CONTINUOUS EVENT: 1. 0–1.5s, LOW WIDE. Camera whips right past two foreground pedestrians and a street barrier. She bursts through the wet plaza at a low run, bow held low, red sneakers splashing lightly, dusty rose cargo fabric and extremely long hair streaming behind her. 2. 1.5–3s, EXTREME CLOSE, LOCKED. A commuter’s eyes appear above a scarf behind a transparent umbrella. The eyes snap toward the plaza as nearby city lights reflect across the wet plastic. 3. 3–4.5s, CLOSE, FAST PUSH-IN. Two pedestrians and their leashed pets in the distance suddenly turn toward the giant mascot statue. A small dog raises its ears while a cat inside a carrier shifts and looks outward. 4. 4.5–6s, TRACKING MEDIUM. Camera runs beside her through the moving crowd at shoulder height. People step aside, coats and shopping bags sway, her long black hair, oversized T-shirt and cargo trousers carry real momentum as she reaches toward the quiver. 5. 6–7.5s, LOW ANGLE CLOSE. Her red sneaker plants on the wet pavement. She straightens hard and raises the dark recurve bow into frame. The giant mascot statue is visible far behind her between buildings. 6. 7.5–9s, MEDIUM FROM HER LEFT. Camera orbits behind her as she draws an arrow from the quiver, nocks it and pulls the string to full draw. The bow limbs flex visibly; pedestrians freeze at a safe distance, watching. 7. 9–10.5s, MACRO, LOCKED, razor-shallow focus. Her leather-gloved fingers grip the string, stitched glove texture, finger tab and arrow shaft sharply resolved. Her eye, blue cap and city lights remain soft behind. The string creeps back the last centimetre. The crowd noise drops for one hard beat. 8. 10.5–12s, WIDE FROM BEHIND AND ABOVE THE ARROW, LOCKED. She releases. The string snaps and blurs. The arrow tears forward between streetlights and glass buildings toward the giant mascot statue. 9. 12–14s, MEDIUM CLOSE TRACKING THE ARROW. The arrow breaks apart in mid-air: its front half dissolves into millions of bright rose-pink glitter particles streaming behind it, each particle catching the city light separately while the feathered tail remains intact. The arrow has no point. 10. 14–16s, WIDE LOW ANGLE. The glitter stream strikes the plush mascot’s chest and races through its seams as a bright rose-pink wave. Plush fibers ripple outward from the impact point. Pink reflections pulse across the wet pavement and nearby windows. 11. 16–18s, WIDE LOW ANGLE, FAST PULLBACK. The enormous mascot plush statue activates and rises into a fully living presence. Its padded head lifts, embroidered eyes illuminate softly, oversized arms move, seams flex, and rose-pink glowing fabric appliqués spread across its plush surface from the impact point. It remains clearly soft, textile-based and physically heavy, not a CGI monster. 12. 18–20s, FINALE, WIDE FROM BEHIND. Camera rises behind her as she lowers the bow and lets her weight settle naturally onto one hip. She looks up at the awakened mascot with a small confident smile. Pedestrians gather and react, some stepping backward, others pointing or raising phones. Dogs tug lightly at their leashes, a small pet in a carrier shifts, and the giant mascot waves slowly above the plaza. Glitter continues to fall through the city light. Vary the framing aggressively: extreme close-up, macro, close, medium, tracking, low wide and overhead. Never repeat the same shot type twice consecutively. Shots 2, 7 and 8 are locked; all others use clear camera movement. Every action must be instantly readable. LOOK: Photorealistic live-action large-format colour film with a refined three-strip Technicolor response. Concrete, glass, asphalt and distant architecture remain cool blue-grey and slightly desaturated. Saturated colours are the royal-blue cap, dusty rose cargo trousers, red sneakers, colorful keychain charms, rose-pink glitter, and the cream-and-pastel mascot plush. Fine photochemical grain, subtle halation on streetlights and glitter, realistic wet reflections, tactile cotton, nylon, leather, metal and plush fibers. Photographed reality, never drawn. LIGHTING: Blue-hour city light mixed with warm street lamps and storefront spill at approximately 4200K. Cooler sky fill at 4:1. Streetlights rim her long black hair, cap, bow and quiver. Thin urban mist and steam rise from vents and wet pavement. The glitter emits separate rose-pink specular points and casts soft pink reflections onto the mascot, asphalt, glass and her face. CAUSE AND EFFECT: Pedestrians and pets notice the strange event before the transformation, so their final reactions read as consequences. The glitter must visibly travel in sequence: arrow releases, arrow breaks apart, particles stream through the city, glitter strikes the mascot chest, light travels through the seams, the plush statue activates, then the crowd and pets react. Never cut directly to an already-animated mascot. PHYSICS: Real mass, real air and believable momentum. Bow limbs flex, string snaps, arrow flight has directional force, glitter behaves as millions of separate solid particles carried by fast air, and plush fabric compresses, ripples and rebounds with weight. Cargo fabric, T-shirt, hair, quiver strap and keychains respond to acceleration. Wet pavement reflects movement without becoming a mirror. The giant mascot moves slowly because of its padded mass. 🚨PARENTS ENDANGER MILLIONS OF KIDS BY POSTING THEIR PHOTOS ONLINE | Paedophiles & Criminals Use A.I Parents who share their kids’ photos on social media are unwittingly exposing their children to serious dangers from child traffickers, paedophiles, criminals and cyber gangs armed with A.I tools. There are many SERIOUS RISKS involved, including: 1) Identity theft from photos and videos 2) Sexual exploitation and grooming 3) Cyberbullying 4) Doxing and Kidnapping Risk Shocking statistics from the Identity Theft Resource Center reveal that 1.3 million childrens' records are stolen each year in the US. The problem is getting worse with a 63% increase in cases from 2021 compared to 2019. And based on reports to authorities, these figures are just the tip of the iceberg! Tracy Kitten, an expert on online safety: “the picture our findings paint quickly becomes dark, grim, and scary.” Sexual predators are increasingly using AI to create CHILD SEX ABUSE CONTENT by applying deep-fake image generators. They use real pictures taken from social media and place these on child pornography from paedophile gangs. A.I can also be used to impersonate an individual’s voice which can be used for fraud, extortion and cyberbullying. Imagine your child’s voice being used to say embarrassing things, and then this is used to extort or bully them. Another risk is doxing (revealing one’s address or other personal details), something I have spoken about at length. A video or image can provide geolocation A.I tools with enough unique information to very accurately reveal the location where pictures or videos were taken. This data can then be used by human traffickers to plan a kidnapping of the child. Remember WSJ’s report last month about Instagram’s “VAST PAEDOPHILE NETWORK" seeking underage sexual content and activity? MY FRIEND AND HER 7 YEAR OLD SON: As I was writing this tweet, a close friend and employee sent me a message that made me sick. She saw her son (who I know extremely well) taking his t-shirt off while chatting online. When she checked his phone, he was in a Telegram group with other children and was being asked by a '6-year old girl' to send her nudes. The girl sent him nudes as well. Based on the chat and the style of writing, it was obvious to her this was an adult impersonating the girl in order to get naked photos of her son. She also told me about a common scam in which criminals use A.I voice generators to impersonate children, and call the grandparents pretending the child is in trouble (robbed/imprisoned/kidnapped), then requesting money to be transferred. Paedophelia, to me, is one of the most serious problems we face. Mix this with A.I. and we have a VERY MAJOR problem, one we are not yet ready for. The short video below sums up the tweet very well. Viewer discretion is advised. WHY IS THIS ISSUE NOT BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY?

Tim Hortons is trying to bully us into silence — but we've got a plan to fight back Tim Hortons is trying desperately to shut us up — they’ve called the police on our reporters three times, and now they just had their lawyers file a legal complaint against us, trying to get our store banned off of the internet. For two weeks, we’ve been telling the truth about Tim Hortons and their gross plans to hire foreign workers instead of young Canadians. Our reporting has been a problem for them, because they’ve just started a huge PR campaign to rebrand themselves as Canadian — likely because Dunkin’ Donuts is about to open up hundreds of locations in Canada later this year. Tim Hortons thinks it can win back customers by pretending to be Canadian. But we discovered that, even though Tim Hortons says they are hiring Canadians, they are still actively bringing foreign workers to Canada by using the government’s Temporary Foreign Worker program. So we went to some of those Tim Hortons locations with job listings and asked them why they claim to be hiring locals when, in fact, they are still hiring foreigners. Why lie? One of those Tim Hortons managers lied about it, saying he didn’t know anything about it, while I was literally holding his restaurant's ad for foreigners in my hands. So they courageously kicked us off the property, saying we couldn’t talk to any store managers or owners anymore. They thought maybe that would stop us from exposing their lies. Yeah, no. We kept reporting on their plans to import hundreds of foreign workers. We talked to people going to the Tim Hortons drive-through — and 100% agreed: stop hiring foreigners; hire Canadians instead. Well, that made them go nuts. They had their top lawyer send us a threat letter, telling us that if we go back to ask any more questions, they “will report the trespass to police and pursue all available remedies, including charges under the application act and civil action.” Translation: if we ask them any more questions, they’ll call the cops, press charges, and sue us in civil court, too. Have you ever seen a more thin-skinned bully than Tim Hortons? By the way, it’s obvious why they’re panicking — they’re literally the number one user of foreign workers of any restaurant chain in the country. They are the worst of the worst. Well, obviously, we don’t stop our journalism just because some corporate lawyer threatens us. So we went out again and again and again — but, because we respect private property, we just stood on the public sidewalk. Even still, the crazed lunatics at Tim Hortons literally called the police. I say again: our reporters didn’t go in. Didn’t even come close. They just stood with the Tim Hortons in the background — and these bullies called 911. Can you believe it? They have a corporate PR crisis, independent journalists are exposing their lies about hiring Canadian, and somehow they think that calling the police is the solution? To do what? Arrest us? Put us in jail? Did you know that Tim Hortons is now owned by a Brazilian hedge fund called 3G? Maybe that’s how it works in Brazil — if you criticize a large company, the police will harass you. But we’re in Canada now, hombre. They threatened us with a lawsuit. We didn’t stop. They threatened to call the police. We didn’t stop. So today, they lashed out in a new way: they lodged a trademark complaint against Rebel News, trying to get Shopify to ban our merchandise from being sold. This is the shirt they’re complaining about. It’s clearly not made by Tim Hortons; it’s clearly a gentle criticism of Tim Hortons, wishing they were Canadian again, not foreign. And they had their lawyers send a threat letter to Shopify, saying it’s illegal. Well, I know something about trademark law myself. It’s meant to stop people from passing themselves off as the real thing, to stop confusion in the market. So if you set up Tom Hortons, and made it look the same, that would be a trademark violation — because you’re trying to trick people into thinking it’s the real thing. But criticizing Tim Hortons is not a trademark violation. In fact, criticism and satire are specifically permitted under trademark law. This is literally like an editorial cartoon, very gently ribbing Tim Hortons for hiring foreigners instead of Canadians. But now they’ve filed a trademark dispute, a kind of lawsuit, against us at Shopify. And we have to hire lawyers to respond — and to do so within 48 hours, or we could have our t-shirt suspended from the site, and potentially have our whole store shut down. They’re doing whatever they can to destroy us, to stop us from revealing the truth about their foreign worker scam. So what should we do? Should we be like the rest of the media and cheer for Tim Hortons? Of course not. Here’s my plan — and I need your help: Step 1: We’re going to keep doing journalism about Tim Hortons, how they favour foreign workers over Canadians, and all sorts of other unethical conduct we’re digging up about them. Step 2: We’re going to sell a lot more t-shirts and coffee mugs about Tim Hortons. If we have to go to court to teach these bullies a lesson about free speech, so be it. But you never know — if Tim Hortons gets its way, you won’t be able to get these anymore. That would make them hard-to-find collectibles! Anyways, give Tim Hortons the finger by buying the t-shirt that obviously enrages them, the big bullies. Step 3: We’ve got to ramp up our Tims Boycott petition. Last I checked, we have 14,000 signatures on it — but we need ten times as many! If you haven’t signed it yet, please go to REPORT by Ezra Levant 🍁🚛:

WHAT YOU'VE HEARD: "MLK was shot with a .30-06 and it didn't leave an exit wound." (🔖Bookmark and share this. Arm yourself with the truth and information) Both of the above claims are false. He wasn't shot with a .30-06 and there was indeed an exit wound. The confusion arises because the fedsloppers are repeating fedslop talking points from a previous conspiracy/cover-up ass*ssination. Peak irony. Garbage in, garbage out. ▪️CLAIM 1: "IT DIDN'T LEAVE AN EXIT WOUND"▪️ In 1976-79, the House Select Committee on Assassinations investigated the MLK assassination and determined the following: 1. Dr. Francisco's original autopsy was "DEFICIENT" because he never actually determined the complete bullet wound track. (see attachments below) 2. According to the committee's medical panel reconstruction, the bullet entered, exited & then re-entered according to this track: 1. INITIAL ENTRANCE: right cheek/face. The entrance was approximately 1 inch to the right and ½ inch below the corner of the mouth. 2. After passing through the cheek, the bullet struck and shattered the right jawbone. 3. EXIT: The bullet then exited through the bottom portion of the right side of the chin, LEAVING THE BODY. 4. Before re-entering the body, the bullet crossed through the upper-neck clothing. MLK's shirt collar was perforated and torn, his tie was completely torn in half, and the suit jacket lapel was struck tangentially in its edge, tearing the inner lining. 5. SECONDARY RE-ENTRY: The bullet re-entered the base of the neck just above the right collarbone. 6. From the neck re-entry, the bullet continued right-to-left, front-to-back, and downward, injuring the jugular vein, carotid artery, subclavian artery, and vertebral artery. 7. Additional soft-tissue injuries included a submucosal hemorrhage of the larynx and an intrapulmonary hematoma at the top of the right upper lung as consequences of being adjacent to the wound path, but they were not penetrated by the bullet itself. 8. As the bullet continued leftward/backward, the first and second ribs—particularly their posterior portions near where they join the spine—were fractured and displaced. 9. There was extensive destruction of bone around the lowest cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae, corresponding to C7 and T1, and there was a major, corresponding devastating spinal-cord injury. 10. The remaining bullet fragment continued into the left upper back and stopped just beneath the skin, approximately 3 inches left of the spinal midline. IOW, it very nearly exited the body a 2nd time. BULLET PATH & DAMAGE SUMMARY: Right cheek entrance → fractured right jaw → mouth → lower-right chin exit → shirt collar + tie + jacket lapel edge damage → neck re-entry above right clavicle → jugular vein + carotid/subclavian/vertebral arteries + major nerves → posterior 1st/2nd ribs → C7/T1 spinal column → severe spinal-cord injury → left upper back subcutaneous termination. So the bullet entered, hit one of the strongest bones in the body, EXITED, then re-entered, did a ton more damage, and nearly exited again. But even that's not the whole story. ▪️CLAIM #2: "HE WAS SHOT WITH A .30-06"▪️ Let's review the alleged murder weapon & bullet. 1. The *FBI tested the Remington 760 Gamemaster—the alleged murder weapon—and found its sighting to be off by 3 inches TO THE RIGHT and down about an inch. This is important because the Select Committee found that the fatal bullet struck King nearly STRAIGHT ON to the RIGHT SIDE of his face. Did James Earl Ray aim to the left of King's head? Absurd. If he'd aimed for center head, it should have hit King 3 inches over to the right on the LEFT SIDE of his face, but it didn't. It him over to the left, on the right side of his face. (*Assuming the FBI can even be trusted, since it was spying on MLK, and helped spring James Earl Ray from jail to set him up as patsy. The DOJ has never released these files or the targets from the "test" to support its claim). 2. Surprise! Complete ballistics were never originally performed on the death slug. Only enough to claim that the death slug was "consistent" with a round of 30-06 ammunition. (sound familiar?) The ballistics evidence at that point couldn't exclude or affirm the gun as the murder weapon (again, sound familiar?) However, as the last judge overseeing the case before James Earl Ray died, Joe Brown finally ordered full ballistics testing performed. It was then found that the death slug did NOT match the Remington 760 Gamemaster: The death slug had a rifling twist of 1 turn per 11.25 inches. The alleged murder weapon (the Remington 760 Gamemaster) had a rifling twist of 1 turn per 10 inches plus a bad manufacturing defect not found on the death slug, thereby excluding the gun as the murder weapon. (see video below) 3. Of secondary importance, the death slug did not metallurgically match 4 of the 5 unfired .30-06 rounds left in the drop bundle along with the gun. The compromised FBI acknowledges this mismatch, but says "Not so fast, none of the 4 unspent rounds match each other, either, but the 5th round is consistent with the death slug." IOW, the FBI's position was: the 4 rounds don't match each other, so this test isn't meaningful, except when there is a match to the 5th round, then it's meaningful. lol 4. Judge Brown asserts the death slug was actually a special subsonic NATO 7.62 round shot from an XM-21 rifle with a suppressor to slow the projectile down to less than supersonic velocity. (see video below) As I said above, the death slug was determined to be "consistent with" a .30-06. Well, 7.62 & .30-06 are indeed the same diameter. So a 7.62 slug will "be consistent with" a .30-06 slug, especially after the amount of degradation seen on the King slug (it lost about 2/3 of its material along the wound track). Furthermore, subsonic 7.62 ammunition is designed to travel around only 1,000 fps, rather than the standard round's speed of about 2,800 fps. The astute will realize that such a reduced velocity will have far less destructive power and penetrating force—which helps explain why the slug that hit MLK only exited once and then pinballed around a bit after it re-entered his body, lacking the penetrating power to exit a 2nd time. 5. After allegedly shooting MLK, the Remington 760 Gamemaster, the unspent bullets, the alleged spent shell casing from the alleged death shot, and all of his possessions (including pliers & a tack hammer—just missing a screwdriver!) were allegedly dropped in a nice, neat bundle wrapped in a blanket by James Earl Ray in the doorway of Canipe's Amusements just before he reached his car for the perfect getaway. Doesn't that all just sound convenient and familiar? 'Yes, I got away clean, but first Ima leave all this stuff behind to incriminate myself.' (see attachment below) Doesn't that sound like someone else who left the gun & unspent bullets wrapped in a nice bundle in a towel before reaching his car fire a clean gateway? A gun that BTW can't be matched to the alleged death bullet—but is "consistent" with it! It's like there's a playbook for these set-ups. Lol. Lmfao. Why hasn't the FBI released Tyler Robinson's Mauser back to the state of Utah? Has its sighting been tested after Tyler allegedly stuffed it in his pants and walked it all over campus? Why hasn't the FBI made it available to Tyler's defense for examination and testing? What are they afraid of? ********** In the 1999 civil trial verdict, a jury was allowed to examine much of this evidence (and more) in a court of law for the first time. Based on what I've summarized here and other voluminous evidence & testimony, the jury determined that King was assassinated by Loyd Jowers and a government conspiracy/cover-up. That is the ONLY OFFICIAL FINDING from a court of law in this case. Yet these dolts and sloppers continue to spread the fedslop narrative from MLK's case in order to affirm the fedslop narrative in the Charlie Kirk case. Garbage in, garbage out. How compromised do you have to be to not only pledge your allegiance to the fedslop now, but also to a 58-year old fedslop narrative that was already negated by a court of law 27 years ago? Lol

Made this cinematic sequence using Seedance 2.5 The realism, camera movements, water physics, explosions, and intense atmosphere are on another level. AI video generation is getting seriously cinematic. Prompt ⤵️ Create a 30-second ultra-realistic cinematic disaster sequence with a dark, intense, Hollywood-blockbuster atmosphere. Main character: A young woman with short, messy dark hair, wearing a soaked white T-shirt and light-colored shorts. Keep her appearance consistent throughout the entire video. Her face should remain realistic and expressive, showing fear, shock, exhaustion, and determination. Scene 1 — 0–5 seconds: Open with an extreme close-up of the woman running toward the camera through a dark industrial shipping yard at night. Heavy rain is falling, her hair and clothes are completely wet, and she is breathing heavily. Behind her, bright industrial lights glow through thick smoke and mist. The camera moves backward smoothly while maintaining focus on her face. Add realistic rain droplets on the camera lens, dramatic backlighting, atmospheric fog, and handheld cinematic movement. Scene 2 — 5–10 seconds: Cut to a wider shot as she runs through the flooded container yard. Large shipping containers surround her, emergency lights flash in the distance, and explosions/fire erupt behind her. She looks over her shoulder in panic while continuing to run. Water splashes dramatically around her legs with every step. Use realistic fire, smoke, debris, rain, and volumetric lighting. Scene 3 — 10–15 seconds: She suddenly loses her balance and falls into the flooded ground. Show the impact in slow motion for a moment, with water splashing around her. She quickly pushes herself back up while terrified people run in the background. A massive wave of smoke, debris, and water moves through the shipping yard behind them. Use a low-angle camera close to the ground for a powerful disaster-movie perspective. Scene 4 — 15–21 seconds: She gets back on her feet and starts sprinting toward safety. The camera tracks alongside her at high speed. Containers shake, debris flies through the air, vehicles and objects are pushed around by the powerful force behind her. Keep her face and body consistent. Alternate between close-ups of her frightened expression and wide shots showing the enormous scale of destruction. Scene 5 — 21–25 seconds: She reaches a large modern building filled with terrified people. The camera follows her inside as everyone rushes toward safety. People are falling, crawling, and helping each other while water and debris can be seen outside through the entrance. The lighting changes from cold blue-gray exterior lighting to dramatic warm interior lighting. Scene 6 — 25–30 seconds: Suddenly transition to a massive luxury yacht in the middle of a violent ocean. Huge dark waves surround the vessel under a stormy sky. The camera starts behind the yacht and slowly reveals an enormous shark-like sea creature emerging from the ocean directly behind it, creating a terrifying final reveal. The creature rises through the waves with water cascading from its body. End with a gigantic wave crashing toward the yacht. Visual style: photorealistic Hollywood disaster film, cinematic color grading, realistic skin texture, physically accurate water and rain, volumetric fog, dramatic practical lighting, realistic fire and smoke, detailed environments, natural motion blur, shallow depth of field, dynamic camera movement, high contrast, atmospheric storm clouds, extremely detailed CGI, 4K cinematic quality. Camera: mixture of handheld close-ups, smooth tracking shots, wide establishing shots, low-angle disaster shots, slow-motion impact moments, and dramatic aerial/wide shots. Sound design: heavy rainfall, thunder, distant explosions, sirens, screaming crowds, footsteps splashing through water, crashing metal, deep cinematic bass, roaring waves, and an intense rising orchestral score that builds toward the final creature reveal.

Some stories don't end with the rescue; they begin with the chase. The pendant is broken. The call has been made. Now Reyes has only one clue and everything to lose. Made with Seedream 5.0 and Seedance 2.0 on RoboNeo Prompt: PART 1 — 0–15s VIDEO PROMPT Continue directly from Episode Zero final frame. Create a realistic live-action football thriller scene with a cinematic Netflix-style sports drama atmosphere. Mateo Reyes: 28-year-old fictional elite football captain, athletic build, short dark wavy hair, brown eyes, light stubble. Wearing a navy-and-gold national-style football kit with captain armband. Jersey details: Back name: REYES Number: 10 Clean realistic sports lettering. No real team logo or brand visible. Emotional state: confused, protective, determined. Elena: 27-year-old woman, long dark wavy hair, cream blouse, tan trousers, silver pendant around her neck. Fearful expression. Looking directly toward Mateo. Stranger: Tall mysterious figure wearing a dark overcoat. Face completely hidden in shadow or outside the frame. Black leather glove gripping Elena’s shoulder. Never reveal identity. [0.0–1.5 SEC] RECALL — CLIFFHANGER CONTINUATION Camera: Static cinematic freeze-frame matching Episode Zero ending. Medium-wide over-the-shoulder shot from behind Mateo. Composition: Mateo stands in the right foreground. His arm is slightly extended toward Elena. The back of his jersey is partially visible with “REYES 10” readable. Elena stands on the left side near a railing. Stranger stands behind Elena with a gloved hand on her shoulder. Mateo is looking directly at Elena. He is not looking at the crowd. Visual: Natural stadium lighting. Realistic sweat and skin texture. Soft background blur. Crowd only as an indistinct background element. Audio: Low cinematic impact sound fading from previous episode. Text Overlay: Minimal elegant serif text: “PREVIOUSLY...” Bottom-left. [1.5–5 SEC] THE QUESTION Camera: Slow handheld push-in from Mateo’s side angle. Natural documentary-style movement. Action: The frozen moment resumes. Elena turns toward Mateo, fear visible in her eyes. The Stranger pulls her slightly backward while keeping his face hidden. Mateo takes one step forward. His eyes remain fixed only on Elena. Shot A — Mateo Close-Up 35mm cinematic lens. Mateo breathing heavily. Confusion and urgency on his face. He speaks directly to Elena: Mateo: “Elena — who is that?!” Shot B — Elena Reaction Medium close-up. Elena looks frightened. She appears unable to explain. Her pendant catches a small reflection of light. Shot C — Stranger Detail Close-up of the black glove tightening on Elena’s shoulder. Face remains hidden. No dialogue. [5–10 SEC] SECURITY INTERVENTION Camera: Handheld tracking shot behind Mateo. Maintain clear geography. Mateo remains focused on Elena. Elena and Stranger move toward the side exit. Do not show Mateo shouting toward random people. Action: Two fictional stadium security officers enter from the side corridor. One officer blocks Mateo. Security Officer: “Sir, stay back — we’ll handle this.” Mateo tries to move forward but is stopped. Cut to Elena. The Stranger pulls her toward the exit. Before disappearing, Elena looks back. Her eyes meet Mateo’s. Mateo freezes. The silver pendant reflects the stadium light. No exaggerated crying. Only shock and fear. [10–15 SEC] THE CHASE BEGINS — MOVING TO THE LOCATION Transition: Move naturally from the stadium exterior into the pursuit. No return to the stadium. Camera: Fast handheld tracking shot following Mateo as he leaves through a restricted side exit. Night environment. Realistic street lighting. Thriller atmosphere. Action: Mateo removes his match layer and throws a dark training jacket over his shoulders. As he walks away: The camera briefly captures the back of his shirt: REYES 10 Clearly visible. No logos. No real team branding. Mateo follows the last known direction where Elena was taken. Cut to: Exterior — Abandoned Industrial Location Dark warehouse entrance. Quiet street. Moody cinematic lighting. Mateo arrives alone. Camera follows from behind. His jacket moves naturally in the wind. He searches the area. Final Shot: Slow cinematic push-in. Mateo notices Elena’s silver pendant lying near the entrance. He picks it up. His expression changes from confusion to determination. Low suspense music rises. CUT TO BLACK. PART 2 — 15–30s VIDEO PROMPT 15.0–19.0 sec | PANEL 1 — THE WEIGHT OF THE PENDANT Camera Slow cinematic push-in. Natural handheld movement. Action Mateo slowly closes his fingers around the pendant. His breathing becomes uneven. He stares at it as memories of Elena flash across his mind (no flashback visuals, only conveyed through his expression). His shoulders slump. For a brief moment, he struggles to stay composed. He presses the pendant tightly against his forehead, closes his eyes, and exhales deeply as if blaming himself for not reaching her in time. A tear begins to form but never fully falls. He whispers almost silently: "I'm sorry..." Cold wind moves through the abandoned industrial yard. Everything else remains silent. 19.0–24.0 sec | PANEL 2 — THE PHONE CALL Camera Medium close-up from the front. Shallow depth of field. Slow handheld push toward Mateo. Action His phone suddenly vibrates. He opens his eyes immediately. His breathing stops for a split second. Without letting go of the pendant, he answers. Dialogue Unknown Voice (distorted, calm): "You should have stayed on the pitch, Reyes." Mateo's face changes instantly. The sadness disappears. Anger replaces it. His grip tightens around the pendant until his knuckles turn white. Mateo (furious): "Where is she?!" Silence. The call disconnects. Flat electronic tone. Mateo continues listening to the dead line for another second, refusing to lower the phone. 24.0–27.0 sec | PANEL 3 — DESPERATION Camera Handheld side tracking shot. Medium-wide framing. Natural movement. Action Mateo lowers the phone slowly. His breathing becomes heavier. Frustration overwhelms him. He punches a nearby concrete pillar with his free hand. The impact echoes through the empty warehouse. He immediately winces in pain. His knuckles become slightly bloodied. He doesn't care. Still clutching Elena's pendant tightly in the other hand, he leans against the pillar for a brief second, trying to regain control. He wipes the tears from his eyes with the back of his sleeve. Then straightens up. His expression changes completely. Fear is gone. Only determination remains. 27.0–30.0 sec | PANEL 4 — THE PROMISE Camera Wide cinematic shot. Very slow dolly forward. Long abandoned industrial road disappearing into darkness. Action Mateo steps forward into the empty roadway. His fist remains tightly closed around Elena's pendant. Far ahead— A single red taillight flickers once before disappearing behind an abandoned warehouse. Mateo never looks away. He quietly says: "I'm coming for you." No music for a beat. Only distant wind. Freeze exactly as the taillight disappears. Hold the frame for two full beats. Hard cut to black. END CARD Black background. Elegant gold serif typography. Slow two-second fade in. EPISODE 2 COMING SOON Hold for at least two seconds before fading out.

OF COURSE ISRAEL WAS INVOLVED IN THE ASS*SSINATION OF CHARLIE KIRK. Let me explain why. 🔖& share this. In November 2023, a leaked call from Jonathan Greenblatt of the ADL revealed a "major generational problem" regarding declining support for israel in America. He revealed polling that showed it wasn't "Left vs. Right," but it was "young vs. old." He called this the "TikTok problem," or the "Gen Z problem." He called Gen Z "useful idiots" and said the "real game" was to solve this problem. He called for the jewish community to put their collective brains together to solve this generational problem. Here's what we know they did: 1. They immediately pressured Tiktok to increase censorship. In November 2023 alone, TikTok deleted over 900,000 pro-Palestine videos. They also blocked various hashtags, including "israel did 911." 2. They mobilized a high-pressure campaign against the Ivy League campuses that were the epicenter of pro-Palestine protests & activism. Several university presidents were punished & replaced by jews and/or zionists willing to suppress free speech. (We must note that this campus activism was driven by Leftist organizations. This will be important later.) 3. They lobbied congress, which then passed new laws suppressing & punishing campus free speech & demonstrations classified as "antisemitic." 4. They lobbied congress to outright shut down & ban Tiktok, which congress obliged. However, Trump ended up "saving" TikTok, which was then forced to sell itself to a consortium of pro-israel jewish billionaires, led principally by uber-zionist Larry Ellison. That sale went through on September 16, 2025—6 days after Charlie Kirk was ass*ssinated. 5. In early 2025, the newly-installed Trump administration threatened to withhold $Hundreds of Millions in federal aid to several universities unless they put "safeguards" in place preventing the outbreak of pro-Palestinian activism (again defined as "antisemitism"). 6. In 2025, israel, through organizations like Israel365, started spending $Millions on sending hundreds of American "influencers" to israel in order to get them promoting the zionist cause and rehabilitating israel's image. 7. In 2025, Netanyahu launched Israel's "8th-Front" Information Warfare campaign, targeting the social media & AI landscape in the United States. Israel has earmarked an additional $729 million in FY2026 for these operations. 8. Zionist billionaires took over the entire CBS/Paramount media ecosystem in August 2025. (And they've just now added the entire Warner Bros. Discovery ecosystem, which they've also been pursuing since the fall of 2025). But despite all of this, israel had a problem. Call it the Charlie Kirk TPUSA problem. ▪️Charlie led a campus organization for youth ON THE RIGHT, with 600k+ lifetime members, and 250k+ active members. The largest organization of its kind, completely beholden to his leadership. ▪️Charlie generated billions of views on Tiktok & across the social media landscape, and was firmly opposed to censorship of all kinds including and explicitly speech critical of israel. ▪️Charlie was completely critical of the ADL, calling for its ban on social media & diametrically opposing its calls for more censorship. ▪️Charlie was extremely outspoken and critical of Left-wing jewish activism, which he blamed for the radical, open-borders Marxism ruining the country. ▪️Charlie actively asserted his massive influence to oppose regime-change war in Iran, pressuring Donald Trump inside the Whitehouse itself. ▪️Charlie was becoming increasingly critical of israel & zionism: questioning the suspicious events of 10/7, openly platforming debates against zionism, & himself leading discussions that advocated for cutting aid to israel, releasing the Epstein files, and calling for AIPAC to be registered as a foreign agent under FARA. It should be noted that demanding FARA registration of the israel lobby was one of the actions that got JFK ass*ssinated by the same people. ▪️Charlie was giving TPUSA platform access to powerful israel-critical voices like Tucker Carlson & Dave Smith, and intended to expand that to include Candace Owens. You have seen how ape-sh*t crazy they're going over Tucker & Candace—people who were telling the truth about Epstein & israeli control over the US government and also discouraging war with Iran. ▪️We now also know that Charlie was done with the pro-israel cause and had been signaling his intent to drop it. We have the leaked text, but that didn't happen in a vacuum. That was no doubt the culmination of a lot of momentum in that direction. Here's what I want you to realize if you haven't already: Charlie Kirk was single-handedly undoing or undercutting every move israel & organized jewry had made over the previous 2 years to solve the "Gen Z problem." Remember how organized campus opposition to israel came from the Left? Well here came Charlie Kirk re-platforming it on the Right! Charlie had transformed TPUSA into a Trojan horse—allowing & amplifying everything they'd sought to eliminate from the Left! Charlie Kirk was a massive roadblock to the jewish plan to re-conquer the minds of the youth of America. He was literally AND figuratively the Big Man On Campus. The most influential man in America on the youth. He was allowing and accelerating the rising generation to be radically anti-israel while simultaneously being "Conservative Republicans" in good standing who wouldn't be canceled. THE PLAN The israel-network tried several (ineffective) methods to solve the Charlie Kirk TPUSA problem. 1. They tried to quietly & privately influence him in private with through people like Josh Hammer & Rabbi Wolicki, and surround him with pro-zionists like Rob McCoy & Frank Turek. 2. They launched a high-pressure influence operation against him, which culminated in a 2-day "moral blackmail" event in the Hamptons. He took to the media to denounce these efforts. 3. They tried to outright buy him off when Netanyahu offered $150 million. He refused. 4. They tried to force his hand by pulling funding—notable was the $2 million withdrawn by Robert Shillman. He responded by launching a DOGE effort to shore up the finances and by announcing his intentions to leave the pro-israel cause. In summary: they dragged him privately & publicly; they blackmailed him; and then they tried to buy him. Nothing worked. He deflected everything, said 'NO,' and fought off all the attacks. He had resolved to find a new way forward with the new financial situation. Is there any doubt he would have succeeded? That left the israel-jewish network with only one option—an option that time-and-time-again they've been all too willing to resort to. Don't come at me with "Charlie Kirk supported israel!" and "Charlie Kirk loved the jews!" nonsense. John F. Kennedy also supported israel and embraced the jews. But there was a conflict: he put America first. And so did Charlie Kirk. My facts are true. And my logic is sound. I won't hear of this "lone gunman" nonsense any more. Miss me with the "Some random kid all by himself drove 300 miles on a week's notice, shoved a 110-year old gun down his pants, walked onto a roof directly in front of Charlie, delivered a perfect 1-shot/1-kill, escaped with no problem, and then immediately texted the whole plan to his furry roommate." israel would not be able to take this country to war against Iran if Charlie Kirk were still alive today. Period. I don't care how much he loved jews on a personal level. The hostile takeover of TPUSA was every bit as necessary as the hostile takeover of Tiktok and the Ivy league universities. Either you believe israel was the recipient of the most timely, fantastic stroke of geopolitical good luck ever, or you realize that Jonathan Greenblatt's injunction to take back Gen Z has been fulfilled in practically every particular.
