Customer puts PS back in the same spot. Overheating problem reappears 6 months later. 🪳

If I'm in their position the moment I start seeing live roaches crawling around I'm refusing to work on it and sending it back. I'd rather have one disgruntled customer than deal with a potential roach infestation that may spread to stuff from other customers.

I would immediately take that crap out of the shop and bring it down the street to work on it. Outside. Then take a shower.

You'd be surprised how many Xbox PCs and PS4s are infested with roaches when people return them. I get them in the warehouse for refurbishing and have to pull them all apart to clean them. People are nasty if you know someone that has roaches never let them in your house bec just them can infect your home.

I repair console as a side hustle this is something I absolutely would not clean customer sent me a ps5 like this once I just closed it back up and said no that roach smell of ammonia is horrible and I’m not risking an infestation in my area 🤢🤮
