Good day, @CustomsNG. I have a complaint to lay and it’s very, very crucial at the moment. During the ongoing 2024/2025 application I encountered a problem, where in the process of submitting my application the network failed and thus I couldn’t print out my acknowledgment slip.

The portal is not available!!!!

I am also writing to inform you that I recently completed the online Recruitment registration on your website. Unfortunately, I encountered a 504 Gateway Timeout error upon submission, which prevented me from receiving my application number. @CustomsNG
