If a separate lane has to be made it should be a separate bus lane

How do you identify them?

major issue is width of the roads in some stretchs and places where traffic is merging. It's across the city...no evenness of the raod width.

A direct metro from JNTU to raidurg would solve the issue permanently. Currently it's like a V turn via Ameerpet. Flyovers cannot reduce the traffic.

Instead of a separate road from JNTU to Raidurg Metro for techies in peak hours — ask IT companies to give WFH or stagger shifts. You can’t build a new lane every time 5 lakh people leave office at 6 PM. Fix the rush, not just the road.

Unnadi antha techies ey kada.. malli seperate road enti 😂

I am happy that Govt. has taken the traffic issue as a serious one and making attempts to find a solution.

Anthe gani public transport penchuthamu anaru

Best is to ask car driving people to avoid driving it , ask them to commute from bike. Many car have only driver when it can carry 4 people

Do we have to swipe id cards before entering roads.

I think one solution is to utilise both sides of road for one way on morning and evening times. Atleast we have smooth movement.

May get or will get? What is to take note here

besst way is to make seperate lane for bikes, cars & buses.. this will smoothen the traffic

Having good foothpaths without having to fear that a vehicle will hit us if we walk will solve this.

everything but no BHEL-Lakdikapul metro

According to Govt, Who's a Techie? Anyone having a smartphone perhaps ...

So we are getting caste system on the road now? Can’t we solve problems without discriminating people. @TelanganaDGP @TelanganaCMO @INCIndia @INCTelangana @RahulGandhi

"Techies"

@revanth_anumula @HYDTP fantastic thoughts

Oh wow! And school children? They ACB continue to suffer?

Thanks @CYBTRAFFIC

Raidurg has been Hyderabad Metro's busiest station since 2019 (~60k daily footfall) — the corridor isn't the bottleneck, last-mile connectivity from station to campus gates is. Fix feeder shuttle headways before building a new road — cheaper and faster to execute.

Miyapur nunchi metro esthe sagam thaggidhi traffic. Seperate bus lane esina chalu

North indian people migration is a major problem in Hyderabad

@watARSHmelon take full credits!

Why aren't they fixing the Ambedkar road opposite Auro Kohinoor in Izzatnagar which is already a good alternate road? It is in shambles.. any number of complaints has zero impact on the officials..

Focus on public transport and it's dedicated lane, then plan metro, cars with single person is too much on the road.

actually its a Engg issue to change/adopt anything on Roads not Law & Order issue to involve Police. What developed countries doing??

But building a direct metro connectivity will be more beneficial than widening the road itself.

Please implement #Lanedisciplane

Where is TSRTC in these discussions?

Nice initiative
