CP2077 actually behaves like an RPG in the new games after the patch. Enemies can dodge bullets, but also yuo can render their bullet dodging ineligible and it is REALLY funny if you do.

That’s what super speed looks like to a normal person: blur, or they're moving so fast it looks like they’re glitching.
