Your doing packet injection, it works only work password in word list, it's like brute forcing but not quite attacker device ask other connected device is this pasword corec, it will continue whole word list there matching pasword it will throw, need mon and pkt support adaptor

This is a dictionary attack, if the password isn't in the wordlist it won't work

you need a wifi packet injection antenna to de authenticate all your neighbors and capture their handshake schemes to brute force them on you local machine. Then passwords dictionaries are no an option.

The file must contain the victim's password, otherwise you have no chance.

aircrack-ng not work with WPA3 and passphrase not listed on wordlist (dictionary-attack).

I find ironic all these hacks that are all over 10+ year's old are posted about now online. Like why now. Just seems suspicious.

that is because the password is short and has known words, look at the passphrase , its using a dictionary file,that is why you should use a long password with capital and lower case letters and numbers and special characters.

I like Linux, but Windows have better tools...so I partition and operate a dual-boot. Linux is primary, but Windows is one click away.

This works for 5% of networks or less. Most WiFi networks now have long nondidctionary passwords which make those kind of attacks impossible
