@ItsKimJava Martensitic stainless is a bit magnetic. Additionally (for some of the panels) there is a low carbon steel bonded behind it, which is quite magnetic. Low carbon steel is used for attachment as it's much easier to stamp to complex geometry that mates to the underlying castings

@ItsKimJava I wonder if I can indeed put large magnets on Cybertruck for my business? Love to be able to remove them when I don’t wanna be driving the advertisement of the century.

@ItsKimJava Just gotta be pedantic about his remark that “there’s iron in it”. All steel has iron, that’s the major element by far in all steel. But different iron alloys have varying amounts of magnetism.
