Killing him off was so random and never made any sense, now he's back in Doomsday to correct that terrible decision

I never understood the need to kill off MAIN X-Men. If they would’ve kept this cast, never lost nightcrawler, added Beast and Angel accurately. This cast would’ve been set and good to go for Apocalypse, maybe a Mastermind movie, Avengers vs X-men, Dark phoenix, then DOFP. 🔥

At least the Fox Cyclops is getting a comic accurate suit in Doomsday

Cyclops was really given the shaft in these movies. I liked the movies none the less, but still.

Me finding out that this was all because the actor had a schedule conflict and couldn’t shoot for the whole movie 🙄 no wonder it made no sense

Why is he yelling while firing his laser? Wouldn’t the glasses means that it’s always firing so what’s so extreme about glasses off vs on?

I never really liked Scott as the leader of the X-Men. I think Storm would've fit that role better.

Killing Scott Summers off like THAT in X-Men: The Last Stand was so random and never made any sense to me. This is CYCLOPS. One of the MAIN X-Men and one of their most important leaders. And now James Marsden is finally back as Cyclops in Avengers: Doomsday to correct that terrible decision. 😭🔥 I never understood why they were so desperate to kill off or lose major members of this cast. Imagine they kept Cyclops alive, never lost Nightcrawler, then properly added Beast and Angel. 🔥 That team was SET. You could’ve gone: Apocalypse. Mister Sinister. Avengers vs X-Men. A proper Dark Phoenix story. Then eventually Days of Future Past. There was SO MUCH material sitting there. 😭 Instead they killed Cyclops like he was some random background mutant. Doomsday better give my boy the respect Fox owed him for 20 years. 😭❤️‍🔥

And then somehow Professor X has a twin brother who is essentially braindead and moves in that body to escape death. Which is an interesting concept for the Krakoan Age if they go there. I'd like to see the X-Men have a series where they engage with Wakanda, Inhumans, & Eternals.
