Cyrus Allen winning slants using the diamond release 💎

Chad somewhere watching this

Does anyone have clips of this release with that route in a game?

See quote tweet 🤝

I can’t see all of the quote tweets. If anyone has All-22 views I would love to see it. I just wanted to see something. Just tag me in the posts

@ReceiverSchool A diamond release? I will find you HS film. That is a very common used release for slants vs press. Hell I teach that. That's isn't exotic.

@Coach_Moore_BU @ReceiverSchool Ha yep basics!!

@tbanks1906 @ReceiverSchool Do you have some tape of it? Particularly from the 20 yard line to the 20 yard line. All-22 view because I wanted to see the the entire concept

Yuck there's not much you can do other than hoping the safety didn't fall for it too

🤧 that explosiveness into the cut is special. Going from a lull to that almost impossible to adjust to

Any nfl corner who bites on the route that hard is getting cut on the Tarmac.

I mean man… look how low his hips get when he’s hitting his break. Wow

Diamond Releases are overrated, a patient DB who understands leverage will let you push to the sideline and step on that shit.

None of the DB’s using they hands

Ah yes surely this won’t affect a QB’s timing whatsoever

@DMVSports4U Your boy grown on me within the past 10 hrs.

Don’t crossover at the line!

they really falling for that looney toon ass route

@EddieHigh That's gonna look good on Sundays in Arrowhead.

Twitchy but dropping your pad level gonna tip off DBs to break on the ball

This is why using hands is important as a DB

Looks like Hunter Renfrow

Keep running routes like that and you can kiss that meniscus good bye

5 step lock so crucial @CoachDT12

Corners both flipped their hips early as hell. A lot of wasted motion. Allen was super precise and had very little wasted movement. 💪🏽

@CJQB_7 Remember that Panthers WR doing this release and getting a PI? Mind you the DB had hands all over the WR the entire time. Such a bad call. Lok

@ReggieWayne_17 @Colts 👀

Someone is going to get a steal in April. This dude moves like Diggs

@AtlantaFalcons

@thaRBW 👀

U can tell he played 7vs7

good release but even worse coverage

ART

It’s called a Diamond release for you non ball knowers 👍🏽 LEARN BALL

@ReggieWayne_17

@EsotericvChaos we shoulda checked the tape this guy might be a sleeper

Interception incoming

This RouteGod stuff he doing looks real cute, but ain’t working against NFL CBs.

Db’s when the hip go parallel to the side line it’s hard to flip em back. Use yo hands and never commit until they break your cushion

@ochocinco is this your son???
