Have you tried LDR over serylda? Should pretty much always give more pen now after the buff. More crit for more R cd refund also compensates a bit for the AH loss

We really are just back in the "Lethality is good on marksmans but not assassins" meta again

well im open minded so i will try things, its not bad on corki, its bad for the lethality poke build i think since its so important to have CDR on him now, which is why profane, hubris is good. But maybe you can make an argument that since his rockets have so long CD, its not worth to go cdr, instead maximize dmg?
