In the video, multiple ICE agents are seen surrounding a civilian vehicle with several cars. Both back doors of the vehicle are open as agents stand around it. Fact check: The Constitution and existing statutes still require at least reasonable suspicion (and for an actual arrest, probable cause) — and courts have said repeatedly that race or apparent ethnicity alone can’t supply that suspicion.

Anytime anyone in law enforcement abuses their authority, there’s an investigation, and if they acted improperly, there are consequences.
