The angels at Primanti Bros came into my hotel room at 6am to assemble sandwiches. No one tell me what pastrami actually is. 🙊🙉🙈🚫

I am not here at Citi Field to see Paul Skenes. I’m here to try the Primanti Bros Egg Roll: Pastrami, Provolone, Cole Slaw and Fries inside a crispy egg roll.

Welcome to the sandwich shop that's a must-visit for new Pittsburgh draftees 🥪 Mike DeFabo went to Primanti Bros. to investigate how this local delicacy has become so deeply intertwined with the Steelers and the NFL draft.

ELECTION INTERFERENCE: Senator JD Vance was denied service and threatened with arrest at Primanti Bros, owned by Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based private equity firm handling over $2.3 billion under Partner Jordan Garay's leadership. Primanti Bros. operates 44 locations across Pennsylvania—restaurants you might want to avoid from now on. Vance was there to meet Anissa Zappala and other supporters, but Primanti Bros. threatened to call the police if he entered. Ever the statesman, Vance picked up the tab, tipped the staff, and reminded them there would be no taxes on tips under a Trump administration. Earlier this week, a similar case of political bias unfolded when Airbnb evicted election workers from a Pennsylvania property upon learning they were Republicans. If businesses want to discriminate based on politics, they should be required to advertise that policy clearly online and at their doorsteps. h/t Anissa Zappala
