During the investigation, based on technical surveillance, we found an eyewitness, Vipin Singh from Rohini, who saw the situation that night and informed a guard. The guard then informed a labourer named Yogesh, who saw a motorcycle with its headlight on in the drain and informed Rajesh Prajapati at 12:22 AM, as confirmed by mobile call records. Despite knowing that a motorcycle and a person had fallen there, they did not inform anyone, and the labourers later fled the spot. I therefore sought permission to leave and returned to Jalandhar the same night. Reports that I walked out of the meeting or left in anger are completely baseless.
