daft punk knew they couldn’t top this so they decided to split

this song alone is better than some people’s entire discographies

The craziest thing to me is that the most influential electronic group of all time decided at the height of EDM to make a disco record instead of traditional EDM and it turned out to be a top 25 record of all time, and that’s why they’re the goat

the fact this, giorgio by moroder and contact are all on the same album is crazy

If love is the answer you're home <3

think about it again

not even a top 5 dp song if i'm being honest

what’s your top 5?

Veridis Quo Voyager Digital Love Aerodynamic Infinity Repeating

@bridvicious you have 4 songs from discovery on your top 5 please try listening to another album by them

@bridvicious what can i say? it's their best album by a kilometer or two

one day by the grace of god, the man behind tb3 thoughts is going to get "if love is the answer you're home" tatted somewhere on his body. and that man is me. god i fucking love this song

Nothing will ever compare to the very first time listening to R.A.M, I formly believe this is the true definition of Banger after Banger

Thomas said it was bc of AI but we all know they just couldn't top RAM 😞 Even a live album would've been too much pressure for them..

If you ever drop some acid this song will absolutely change your entire perspective of music

There's a reason this song accompanied their goodbye announcement

No one in human history will ever be able to make any song better than Touch

What’s poetic is that the movie Phantom of the Paradise inspired the duo in becoming the iconic robots they are known for today, Paul Williams was the antagonist in the movie playing the devil essentially. It’s a full circle moment.

i lowk prefer infinity repeating from this album but idk if that counts since it's a demo and not part of the original random access memories release

#bridbanger

Nah I'll take Discovery over this every time It's not that it isn't a good album It's that it's deliberately less about them, and more a collaborative homage to their influences Discovery was truly them falling into their sound

pay for my therapy

Homework is better.

I wish I could have seen them in concert at least once. Oh well.

the 3 things America needs from France: - freedom - croissants - Daft Punk

😭

Ok

Drunkest version even better

Pick any track from Discovery & it is better than this.

RAM is such a goated album

Nah, I think this album confirmed their best days were behind them, they were spent.

Discovery is their best album. RAM is their top 2

What song is this?

Discovery is the GOAT, but RAM is also exceptional.

I ascended listening to the drumless version
