I'm not a hocus pocus kind of guy. However, there are two things that I now routinely do that have changed my life in ways you can't even begin to imagine. The first is prayer. The second is mindful meditation. I always thought meditation was hippy dippy nonsense until I tried it. We often underestimate the true power of our mind and the importance of maintaining it. Just as we exercise our body, so too should we exercise our mind. That being said, I thought I would share my daily affirmation and meditation video with you all. I encourage everyone to take one minute out of your day, everyday, and play this video in a quiet and calming environment. Center yourself by intently focusing on your breathing. Let the words and images flow out of the screen and into your mind like waves passing through still waters. Surrender your thoughts and let them completely envelop your consciousness as they guide you down the path towards true enlightenment. Enjoy.
