A retired Las Vegas police officer testified today that Tupac Shakur told him repeatedly, "We'll take care of it" or "something like that" after the rap icon was shot on the Strip in 1996. Garry Dale first encountered Shakur when he stopped a black BMW without a license plates near Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevard while on a bicycle patrol on Sept. 7, 1996. Dale identified the occupants as Tupac and Marion "Suge" Knight, founder of Death Row Records and let them go with a warning. He said he remarked on Shakur's large gold medallion. "Wow, man, that's, that's a huge piece of gold or something like that, that he had around his neck," Dale testified. "Would you describe your interaction with him as congenial?" asked Marc DiGiacomo, the chief deputy district attorney in Clark County, Nevada. "Yes," Dale answered. About 10 minutes later, Dale and his partner responded to a shooting and saw the same BMW stopped in the median near Harmon. Knight was outside the vehicle with requesting assistance for Tupac, who was being treated by medics. Dale rode in the ambulance with Shakur. "Between the time you get to Mr. Shakur and the time period he gets taken into the hospital, are you able to have any sort of communication with Mr. Shakur?" DiGiacomo asked. "He was still talking, and I was trying to, I was trying to convince him to tell me the name of whoever his assailants were," Dale answered. "And did he ever respond?" DiGiacomo asked. "Yes, he responded, 'No, we'll take care of it.' Something like that," Dale answered. "And that's the only thing you were able to gather from Mr. Shakur?" DiGiacomo asked. "Yeah. According to Mr Sunday, the sender called immediately to demand a refund. Mr Sunday explained that the funds were sent to his Moniepoint POS account and, since he was in Ifo while his machine was in Lagos, he could not process the reversal instantly. Within six hours of the incident, Mr Sunday successfully returned the full amount. My Muzzukulu, Mr. Bosmic Otim, was mistreated by some crooks and forced to flee to Nairobi and South Sudan. Additionally, he was falsely accused, with claims that he was a rebel. Now that he has returned, I welcome him back to Uganda and to the NRM party. We will investigate to determine who is responsible for this mistreatment and uncover the reasons behind it.

There seems to be this credit that is repeatedly given to DogPack for initially 'exposing' Kris Tyson, so 'at least he was right about that' even if there are other problems with his allegations. This is totally false, Kris Tyson was already being widely discussed/condemned back in July. DogPack in fact took advantage of this to promote his initial video which he himself clarified was nothing to do with Kris Tyson. Looking back now after the Soggy Cereal video it is very clear that he used this Kris Tyson situation to launch his deranged, error laden & dishonest campaign against Mr Beast because he was a disgruntled fired employee.

So there was this boy in Gatanga by the name of Ricky Gachathi. One day he went home crying and his father Mr Thuo asked him what the problem was. He told his father that a boy had stolen his pen in school. Mr Thuo bought him another pen. The following day the same thing happened and Thuo bought Gachathi another pen.
