Hello ,I have done repairs and all I can say is ,the screen might be great not cracked but it's is damaged due to many reasons...water ,power surge .second , it is hard to guarantee a replacement screen ...Bottom line I don't see any reason for that guy to whine ...

Dama is the best mobile screen shop. They sell different types of screens.. Utapata origi and copy with different prices. And huwa unaambiwa kama screen ni copy ama origi.. And pia new screens huwa 90 percent ni mzuri ..kumanisha huwezi kosa a bad one.. But huwa inaonekana.
