Another amazing update to CS2 so quickly. Screen shake while spraying has been dramatically reduced. You can very clearly feel the difference, it's almost like there's no shaking at all in the new version. This is a great improvement for the feel of spraying. I almost feel sick watching the old version. When spraying in CS2, players need to be able to feel the recoil, to know where they are in the spray, and to be able to adjust based on the enemy player's movement. I just played a full game with this, and the difference is night and day. Valve has been cooking like CRAZY lately. This is another of those updates that definitely should have been in the game from the very beginning.

The AWP goes fully innacurate when taking damage in CS2 ⚠️ Even if you have full armor (kev + head), the AWP becomes innacurate when taking damage. You can see the compairason between CSGO & CS2 in the video below, this also explains the popular clip where ْ got CS2'd. This also helps explaining why the AWP feels so inconsistent in CS2... surely this is a bug and not intended, right?

The new Sub-Tick Update in CS2 is HUGE! Before: The shots would be registered INSTANTLY, but characters/weapons animations had 1 tick delay, so they only showed in the next frame. This made it so that shooting in CS2 felt off - a good example is when you get headshots but you're not aiming for the head. Now: The shots are still registered INSTANTLY, but now the character/weapon animations are VISUALLY synced with your clicks/shots. This makes everything feel so much smoother. This is a HUGE improvement, what you see is finally what you get. Every weapon will feel better but I believe the AWP will be the one where you see the biggest improvement as you only shoot it once at a time, USP in pistol rounds too (when tapping moving targets). This test video was done by u/kubpica, was going to test it but this video shows it perfectly so credits to him.

It seems like CS2's performance will take a severe hit based on what is happening on other parts of the map (even those you do not see) CS2 Kitchen made a video about culling and it makes sense. It kinda explains the big dips that might occur. This issue might be one of the biggest that valve has to tackle. They seem to be heading to the right direction, so let's see.

In CS2, you lose FPS when utility is being used on the other side of the map, or even when someone else is in a gunfight. Kinda explains why this game doesn’t feel smooth. This shit doesn't happen in CS:GO. Sup CS2, please fix. 🧑‍🍳

CS2 is so random. Different feeling from update to update. They say 2gb was only map update, but it was not. They are tweaking the settings all the time. Even pro games on LAN are random. Animations are so broken and unfinished. THE GUY HAS FULL LEG INSIDE THE CONCRETE. I'm sliding on enemy's screen. Kill feedback is again delayed and shooting feels heavy.

In CS2, if your HE grenade lands on a surface lower than the one you are standing on and is close to a wall, you do not take any damage from it. I reported this issue four days ago and while I thought today’s update would address it, I can still replicate the issue.
