Damn, I just realized that maybe Confessions I is better

No, it’s actually The Confessions Tour that elevated the album. Most of the songs in COADF sounds much better in tour than in album.

They’re vastly different, to me…and both amazing. I find that I’ve enjoyed listening to #2 in full more than I did or do #1.

COADF probably has the most iconic and memorable smash singles of her career stacked at the top but as you reach the bottom of the album it kinda loses momentum,whereas Confessions 2 keeps the momentum throughout the whole album with the drawback of not having memorable singles.

Imo confessions I has higher highs but Confessions II is a more consistent solid album overall

Why are we even bothering pitting these two sublime opuses against one another … we don’t have to pick but can enjoy both rather than creating false competitions that are completely unnecessary

I mean they’re both incredible bodies of work. They are very different albums, and they are great in their own ways.

They are both sublime but C1 was vary different from all of her past work so we were like OMFG .. we only had her past to compare it 2 . It was just as brilliant as ROL but different. C2 is C1 up a couple notches

By far, but 2 Is a very good one. Never better than confessions but besides the live nation era, SHE IS BACK
