That taste of the garden hose. Born in Las Vegas, 1978….we were always taught to turn on the hose in the summer away from you until a it runs all the hot water that was in it, all the way out until colder water is running. We had to do it every time in the hotter months. Scolding hot water sits in the hose and pretty much boils all day.
