A Country where more than 60% of its citizens cannot afford 3 square meal has no business spending this huge amount of money to build a single road. But Nigerians made a mistake of voting a President that wants to benefit from every single project through proxy.

He's wrong. If you multiply N4 billion by 700 Km it will give you N2.8 trillion. However, the total cost of the road: construction, compensation and other expenses will amount to N15 trillion.
