Dan Scott 🗣️“I know Maresca is a top manager, and he’s still learning we’ve already seen him improve from the red-card situations and other setbacks. But where he needs to grow immediately is handling newly-promoted sides. He always seems to struggle against those teams, and that’s exactly where Chelsea... show more

It’s truly remarkable that King Green is still winning at such a high level. He was a mid-card Strikeforce guy 15 years ago. Incredible longevity. Ben Fowlkes shares his theory on how he has pulled it off: “He seems sort of like Sean Strickland — one of those guys where, if you told him he couldn’t go to the gym and spar today, he would cry. That’s where he wants to be. That’s exactly what he wants to be doing. There’s a level of comfort and maturity he’s found in his game where he knows exactly who he is as a fighter, and he’s made that work for him.” The latest episode of The Uncrowned Beat is available now on Fire TV 📺.

He did not lie! I’ve also had those album on repeat since the drop and I still can’t get enough of them. No skips and they flow seamlessly into one another. But unlike him, I don’t just think Drake is the best rapper alive, I know he’s the greatest rapper ever. This trilogy is just another reminder and its not because he hasn’t already proven it, but because he’s held to a standard where he has to keep prove it over and over again.

🚨David Raya when ask about Alisson. Reporter🗣️: who do you think is the best Goalkeeper in the English Premier League.? David Raya🗣️: Alisson is just the 1v1’s, he saves everything, I dont know how he does that, he saves every single one on one. Reporter🗣️: do you watch it try not to imitate it, but try and learn from it and try to see if you can use it in the games.? David Raya🗣️: Yeah of course, you have to have an open mind to see how can he be so good in 1v1’s what he does is weird because he’s always so close to the ball when sometimes you don’t have that time to get close to the ball and you have to be set and then react but he reads those situations.” “Maybe the (striker) pass or maybe he’s driving the ball and then the last touch is a bit heavy so he’s on top there, the way he reads things is incredible in those situations.” Reporter: does he smells it.? David Raya🗣️: “yeah, yea of course he’s a top goalkeeper in the world for so many years and the quality he has, the experience and that’s those things that gives you the extra edge to use to make 1v1 save.”

Dan Scott 🗣️“The problem big teams face when they come up against Chelsea is simple: Maresca’s coaching. This man can switch his tactics, switch his players, and still get top-level performances. You prepare for one Chelsea, and he gives you another. And this always catches big teams out. Today is the perfect example Barcelona were not preparing to see a frontline of Garnacho, Pedro Neto and Estevão. They weren’t expecting that at all. Maresca is an elite manager. For Chelsea to find someone like this shows they know exactly what they’re doing”

.Naval on Elon Musk: He is a perennial risk taker. He’s always willing to start over. He doesn’t have any pride about being seen as successful or being seen as a failure. “I’m always struck by the Elon Musk story where he did PayPal… And he said something along the lines of: ‘I made $200 million from the sale of PayPal. I put $100 million into SpaceX, $80 million into Tesla, $20 million into Solar City, and I had to borrow money for rent.’ This guy is a perennial risk taker. He’s always willing to start over. He doesn’t have any pride about being seen as successful or being seen as a failure. He’s willing to put it all on the line. Even now, his new startup is the USA. He’s basically trying to fix it like he would fix one of his startups. It’s a willingness to look like a fool and a willingness to start over. A lot of people just don’t have that. They become successful or rich or famous, and that’s it, they’re stuck. They don’t want to go back to zero. And creating anything great requires zero to one. And that means you go back to zero. And that’s really painful and hard to do.”

🎙️In the last month, we’ve seen Arda Güler starting from a slightly deeper position. It feels like it has been harder for him to make an impact and influence the game. What is your analysis of this? 🗣️ Xabi Alonso: I think Arda has the ability to play at different heights on the pitch and to have different kinds of influence, depending on what the team needs. He has a very good touch, he knows how to organize the play, and he also knows, in the decisive phase - when you're already in the final third - how to give the final pass, and even arrive a bit from the second line. The goal against Valencia came from a run he made, and then he crossed to Kylian. It depends on what we have around him, on the players next to him. He can adapt, and that quality gives us flexibility in our game plans. But Arda is growing a lot, and I think I said it at the Club World Cup: we need to invest a lot in Arda because he is a special player, a different player. We need to demand more from him, but we also need to understand the different phases he goes through, support him, and push him hard so he keeps performing at the level he is showing - and he can still improve, without a doubt.

🗣️ Mikel Arteta on why Odegaard is playing at such a high level: "First of all, he feels fit and confidence-wise, it’s the highest I’ve seen him. He has a point to prove from last season as well, from missing so much football. "Kai is the same; Bukayo is the same. We missed so many attacking players last season for long, long periods - I’m not sure how many games they played together last season, but probably not many. "When you start to feel the chemistry they have between them and what they can produce, it’s great. But for me, he gets to that point because he’s enjoying his football. "You have to enjoy what you do, to play with real intent, and that’s what I saw today. He was running forward; he took shots, created so many situations for his teammates - he was great." 🗣️ on Odegaard having a point to prove: "A point to prove is in everything, first of all because he demands so much of himself. He wants to be the best, perfect, at everything. "He’s so efficient in other things as well, and he’s playing with real joy. He was phenomenal as well."

LeBron James says Josh Hart is like a wild card: “He’s one of those few guys in our league that makes an impact and it doesn’t have to always be scoring. It’s the Draymond Green role where you know he gets you 8 points but it’s 12 rebounds. It’s 7 assists. It’s diving for loose ball’s, some the stuff that don’t show up in the box scores, you know. It’s that competitive will, you know, and if you disrespect him he can obviously make shots as well.” (Via Mind the Game)

“JD Vance is the Reason for ALL This” Why is the GOP giving up on having any principles? Because JD Vance is the current front runner to be their nominee in 2028… and JD Vance is a terrible candidate. That’s why Matt Walsh is saying NETTR (No Enemies To The Right), and claiming we need those people to win. No, conservatives don’t need those bigots from the Young Republican group chat to win… but JD Vance does. That’s why he can’t condemn the Jew Hater Tucker Carlson. He NEEDS Tucker Carlson’s fans. And that’s why Megyn Kelly refuses to condemn Tucker Carlson; she knows JD Vance needs Tucker. And Nick Fuentes. And that’s why TPUSA refuses to condemn Tucker and instead makes him a keynote speaker. JD Vance—great friends with Charlie Kirk—needs Tucker Carlson. So JD Vance will destroy the Republican Party. The party that fought a civil war against the slave owning democrats. But now thinks “monkeys” is acceptable. All the people pointing at the empty chair of Charlie Kirk? You get that empty chair by excusing bigotry. There’s no excuse for that… Unless you NEED those people to win and winning is more important to you than principles. Marco Rubio? He doesn’t need those people. Ron DeSantis? He doesn’t need those people… and he better not bring Thomas Massie on the campaign trail with him again. But JD Vance? He needs ALL the help he can get… and we might get not just JD Vance the nominee, but Tucker Carlson the VP. And that’s a ticket where nobody wins and everyone loses.

This man loves this country and wants to save it..I cannot comprehend HOW he is not in the administration as we speak. He is right when he says if we do not do this we are ONE ELECTION AWAY from losing it all.

🇵🇰 A disturbing video coming out of Bannu, Pakistan, and what worries me most is that we still don’t know what happened to the man in it. Local accounts identify him as Hashmat Khan, the son of PTI lawmaker Zahid Ullah Khan. The footage appears to show armed men in plain clothes surrounding him and forcing him into a vehicle. We don’t know who those men are. We don’t know where they took him. And, most importantly, we don’t know whether he is safe. That uncertainty matters in Bannu, where militant abductions are a real threat and opposition figures have also accused state authorities of enforced disappearances. Where is Hashmat Khan, and is he safe? PTI / Writer: Oli

Fred Warner was asked what does Brock Purdy do better than any other quarterback in the NFL: “I think he processes the game at a different level — than everybody. I say it all the time — the ability for a quarterback to process pre and post snap, to dissect what the defense is doing and knowing where the ball is supposed to go and putting it exactly where it needs to be — Brock does it with the best of them. And that is why I think he is the best quarterback in the league. Yeah, I’ll say it even though he is my quarterback.” via: Up & Adams | Kay Adams

I asked Jay Bilas what the argument is for Darius Acuff to be the #1 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft: “He’s a walking bucket. Like the way he scores and how tough he is, he’s got those chest-down drives. He’s built differently than Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but like those chest-down drives that those guys get, it reminded me a little bit of him. But, you know, you watch him in person and you’re like, ‘My God, who’s going to stop this guy?’ He’s scoring in the 30s, the 40s. And, you know, it’s just a stat, but, the first player to lead the SEC in scoring and assists, Maravich did it. That stands out. And in the SEC tournament, I mean, he was not good. He was great. And you’re thinking, how high is this ceiling going to be? And he’s really competitive because he was hurt. Like he played most of the year injured. He’d be in a boot during the week and then not really able to practice that much. And then he plays his tail off in the games. Really, really impressive.”
