With all this dancing going on, my sister asked if I still knew how to play the guitar. Yes, I still play music! I still have my songwriting practice to keep my heart in tune. Some weeks on the show, I try to learn the song I am dancing to. (Last week was Higher Love.) This little study has helped me appreciate and understand the songs even more, thus deepening the dance around it. I wonder which Taylor Swift song I’ll be learning! 😜 #DWTS

I got a hip injury on 21st August 2024 when doing Deadlift of 160kgs! Since then I have never stepped in the gym, that's why most of you have been asking why I am getting thin despite working out and eating healthy. The truth is after I got injury I tried working out on light weights but still the pain got worse worse, even my walking/standing style changed. So I decided to give it time to heal, but it's almost 2yrs now and it has not yet healed. So tomorrow I am back again in the gym but I will be doing light weights only. F2 is my body back then, I really miss it.

THE8’s casting story 🥹 🐸after three months at the beijing school, i got cast by pledis. they just saw me dancing the way i normally do and picked me. my voice was going through puberty then so i said i didn’t want to sing. so they didn’t record my singing just my dancing, and i forgot about it for a week. then they suddenly called and said i made it. the ceo wanted to meet me in beijing 🐻‍❄️the ceo came all the way to your school to see you? 🐸yeah. we met there and everything went well. then they asked me to come to korea. so i talked to my parents. my dad was against it, and my mom as well, but she said if i wanted it, i should do it 🐻‍❄️did you want to? 🐸at the time, that school had all the best dancers from across china. but even watching them, i felt like they still couldn’t make a lot of money. even though they were the best in china, the were genuinely living the life they wanted. but i just wanted to make my parents happy. my family was just an ordinary family. i figured even if things didn’t work out in korea, i’d still have studied abroad. and if i came back, my value would go up. that was my mindset going in. just in case

And the reason why I got it is because I was going through a mental breakdown. And then at 4 in the morning, I was listening to BTS, and this is like three weeks into me being a fan of BTS. Then I read the lyrics, and it was the first time I ever heard the song ever in life. And then I read the lyrics, and then this lyric really stuck out to me, so I put it on my chest, under my collarbone. So that's what my tattoo says, it's just a lyric from Blue and Grey because that song means a lot to me. Fourth video -> Me in the Russian news discussing Cultural differences. Just yesterday, a friend of mine said to me during general surgery, “ I saw your dance video, you’re so good at Dancing, I should have chosen it as career, it’s so fun” The other time in Moscow, someone saw my wall paper and like “oh wow, you are a medical student too?” And this is not all, but I don’t really understand why I do all these but just maybe, it leads me to something great.

Sprinting is a series of take offs. Not a series of landings. That Dr. he talking about, Dr. Ken Clark, I studied under that man for years Jack lol. Worked with him. Did running videos with him of me for him to understand and break down mechanics. He taught me how to look at my videos and find everything I was doing wrong that was slowing me down and then he showed me how to fix it. I met Ken during my Nigerian days at the end of my career. And he got me tom run 10.09 at 36. Thats 13 years after my first career 10.0 race. If I had met that man when I was still in an American uniform, things would have been waaaaayyyyy different! This is a scientific breakdown of what I call “knee-ash”.
