I said it.I warned it.I named it. And they called me a liar. Mliswa denied it. Kandishaya denied it. Their handlers Tagwirei and other Zvigananda sitting comfortably behind tinted windows in Borrowdale and Chisipite issued their denials with the practised confidence of men who believed the operation was still concealed. It is no longer concealed. Before you before this nation is the photographic evidence that I and others flagged weeks ago. T-shirts. Already printed. Already packaged. Bearing the image of Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga. Carrying the words: "CHIWENGA MUST GO." "Pasi Nagudo." Not a rumour. Not an allegation. Not political gossip. Fabric. Ink. Print. Proof. This is what a funded, organised, manufactured protest operation looks like before it is deployed onto the streets. This is what it looks like when you intercept the logistics before the actors take their positions. The printing company was approached. To Masimirembwa. Mliswa. Kandishaya. And to Tagwirei the man whose money threads through this entire operation like a toxic river: The shirts have been found. The operation has been photographed. The nation is watching. And to those within the security apparatus of this Republic who have a constitutional duty to protect the integrity of the state and its constitutional officers this evidence demands action. Not tomorrow. Now. Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga holds a constitutional office. An organised, funded campaign to remove him through manufactured street pressure dressed up as popular protest is not democracy. It is a coup attempt in civilian clothing. Now let the consequences of that choice follow as consequences always do in their own time and with their own weight.Zimbabwe is not for sale. Retired Lieutenant General Winston Sigauke Mapuranga.

Your Excellency William Samoei Ruto William Samoei Ruto, PhD Today I want you to address the opulence of your office, not that your predecessors were any better. I must, however, give credit to Kibaki; even when he came to Msa, you hardly noticed he was around at the state house. Hangabouts were very disappointed. Mama Lucy was clear: Mzee anapumzika, may their souls rest in peace. As you relax this Sunday, think hard about the sheer waste generated by your motorcade in a country where the majority live on less than a dollar a day. While some in this convoy are not necessarily part of the OP, they are the hangabouts, including CS's and even parastatal heads who want to tag along. This is what is upsetting Kenyans and is akin to vomiting on their bare feet, not even their shoes. Your excellency, you still have time to bring this to an immediate stop, and in the process, you will help in achieving the much-sought-after austerity measures. Some would say, Wait a minute, our President must have protection. Yes, 100%, but more is not necessarily better protection. I don't think you face a higher risk than your counterpart in SA or, even worse, Rwanda, surrounded by unfriendly neighbours. Look at UK PM Entrouge. We are always at their doorstep with a begging bowl, but we are busy zooming around in top-end full-guzzlers. Your excellency You need to do things differently, and Gen Zs would love you, but you are using the same old template. Get rid of this opulence, and you'll be shocked by the budget surplus that will come your way. Think hard about this and get lean on how you run this country. Enjoy your weekend, and as always, I choose to remain an optimist.

“Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." - John 8:12 In John 8:12, Jesus declares, "I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." This profound statement reveals the identity of Christ and His role in our lives. In the ancient world, light symbolized knowledge, goodness, and divine revelation. Jesus, as the Light of the world, guides us through the darkness of sin and confusion. When we choose to follow Him, we step out of the shadows and into clarity, purpose, and truth. This choice transforms our identity. No longer are we lost wanderers, but children of light, reflecting. His glory. Christian living calls us to walk in this light daily. It means aligning our actions and decisions with His teachings. It involves seeking His presence through prayer, scripture, and fellowship. As we do this, His light shines through us, impacting those around us and drawing them to Him. In the 21st century, distractions abound. The digital age presents us with endless streams of information, often leading to confusion and a loss of direction. Yet, amidst this noise, Jesus offers a clear path. Following Him doesn't mean life will be devoid of challenges. But it assures us we'll never face them alone or in darkness. Reflect on your spiritual growth. Are you walking in His light? When faced with decisions, do you seek His guidance first? Consider how you can let His light shine through you to bless others. As you reflect, ask yourself: How can I more fully embrace my identity in Christ and allow His light to guide my everyday choices? Seek His wisdom and let His light illuminate your path. Let us pray: Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart open to embodying the teachings of Your Son, Jesus Christ. As I journey through the Beatitudes, the Fruits of the Spirit, and the call to walk in faith, I ask for Your guidance and wisdom. Help me to practice forgiveness as Jesus did. To embrace the community of believers, and to live with the purpose You have designed for me. May my life reflect the love and grace of Christ in all I do. Lord, as I reflect on my journey, strengthen my commitment to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. Let my actions and words be a testament to His love and teachings. In the Almighty name of the Lord of Lords and King of Kings Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.

Fellow Zimbabweans, As a retired Lieutenant General who has devoted my life to the defence and service of our nation, I address you at a moment of profound consequence for Zimbabwe’s future. The matters now before Parliament are not abstract legalities; they are decisions that will determine whether our children and grandchildren inherit a nation governed by democratic principles, accountable institutions, and a genuine possibility of change or whether power will be further concentrated in ways that constrict popular participation and erode public trust. I have watched our country through moments of trial and triumph. I have seen soldiers and civilians alike sacrifice, and I have witnessed the courage of communities who, through their daily toil, keep this nation going. Service to country is not merely a profession; it is a moral obligation to defend the principles that underpin the legitimacy of governance: fairness, transparency, and the right of the people to choose their leaders. It is in that spirit that I make my position clear. I lend my endorsement to Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga as the person best suited, within the current political realities, to resist the constitutional changes set out in Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3, and to act as a steward for the preservation of democratic practice and institutional integrity. My endorsement is not given lightly. It flows from three convictions born of experience in governance, security, and public service. First, the content and consequences of the proposed amendments are fundamentally at odds with democratic accountability. Provisions that extend an incumbent’s tenure, lengthen presidential terms from five to seven years, substitute direct popular election with a parliamentary selection process, and enlarge presidential appointment powers, collectively alter the architecture of state power. These changes diminish the direct role of citizens in determining who should lead them, concentrate authority in the executive, and expand patronage networks that can erode institutional checks and balances. For a nation that claims to honour the ballot, reducing the people’s franchise on who should be President is a retrograde step. Second, the timing and context of this Bill cannot be ignored. Zimbabweans today confront urgent social and economic crises: overstretched health facilities lacking basic medicines, deteriorating infrastructure, high unemployment and underemployment especially in the informal economy, rampant corruption, and basic service delivery failures that leave households without safe water or reliable electricity for days on end. It is morally indefensible that when citizens most need competence, accountability and reform, the energies of Parliament are consumed by proposals that could entrench political advantage rather than address the daily hardships of our people. Third, the political arithmetic that undergirds this Bill is clear and perilous. With the ruling party’s dominant parliamentary presence and a fragmented opposition, a shift to an indirectly elected presidency would likely cement one party’s control for decades. This is not speculative; the proposed sequencing of term extensions makes clear that the path being charted guarantees prolonged control irrespective of public sentiment. When the rules of the political game are rewritten by those who stand to benefit directly, the result is a democratic deficit that will weaken public trust and social cohesion. It is precisely because of these risks that I believe Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga represents the most credible internal check within the existing political framework.

President Trump is being duped on polling numbers about the popularity of War with Iran and does not realize it. CNN released a clearly fake or cherry picked poll saying that almost all of MAGA supports the War. This could not be further from the truth. If you think it is, go ask a few MAGA people in your actual life their thoughts on the War. A lot of them are strongly against it. But both the mainstream media and the neocons around President Trump want him to believe these numbers. The left leaning mainstream media want him to believe these numbers because the longer this war goes on, the better it works out for Democrats in upcoming elections. The right leaning mainstream media want him to believe it because their biggest donors are very pro war in Iran. The neocons surrounding him want him to believe it because then they can have the war in the Middle East they have always pushed for. I do not think President Trump is playing 4D chess with this war. I do not think he is super pro war. I do not think he cares about the Middle East that much. I just think he is being manipulated by the people around him and he does not realize it. The best thing for President Trump and the country as a whole is that he recognizes how unpopular this disaster is, corrects course by getting the United States out of involvement, and fires anyone who has lied to him about polling around him. Now to be clear, I do think there are many in MAGA who are suddenly pro this war, but that is just the people who would believe the sky is green and grass is blue if President Trump told them to. That does not represent the majority of the MAGA base. As always, I am not the holder of truth. This is just my assessment of the current situation.

Read Caption 💗🥺 ❄️ People always ask me why I skate. I skate because out of every sport I have ever tried, this is the only one that taught me something real. No matter how many times you fall, you have no choice but to get up again. Figure skating found me during a time when I was discovering myself, healing myself, and rebuilding the parts of me I thought were gone. It became something that no one could ever take away from me. I am passionate about this sport because of what it does to my soul. The moment my blades touch the ice, something in me settles. I feel whole. I feel protected. I feel like I have entered a world where nothing can break me. No one can walk into that space and dim my light or tell me I am not enough. On the ice, I define myself. Figure skating is a place where applause comes from every direction, even from within. You clap for your effort, your courage, your growth and even bad days. You get to watch yourself evolve in ways you never imagined. It is mesmerizing to witness how far we can go when we keep moving, when we trust the process, and when we simply skate. When I skate, I am reminded that my journey is mine alone. Every glide is a voice saying I survived. Every spin is a reminder that my spirit still dances. Every fall becomes a lesson in strength, and every landing becomes a quiet celebration. Skating taught me how to breathe again, how to trust again, how to see myself again and how to love the person I am becoming. And that is why I keep going back to the ice, again and again. ❄️ ✨ #figureskating #health #healing #iceskating

Learning is something you and your baby do together. You can think of the process as happening in three distinct stages, during which skills are transferred gradually from you to your little one: During the first stage, your baby is observing the behavior and skills of others. During the second, they begin to emulate these behaviors - and can find success with the support of a helpful adult (you) or more expert peer (often a sibling). And gradually they internalize these skills and perform them all by themselves. This video is a great example of the shared second phase. Infants explore the world with their mouths. But an important lesson of toddlerhood is that some things are for putting in our mouths, while others are not. This little one knows that we don’t eat the Play-Doh. But it sure is tempting! Watch as he breaks off a piece and brings it to his mouth. As he does his eyes lift and he realizes that Mom is watching - which alone prompts some introspection. He grins broadly, shakes his head and exclaims “No, no, no” - using Mom’s past words to affirm his decision to place the Play-Doh back on the table. Left to his own devices, who knows? But together, without exchanging a word, he managed to make the right choice. As a parent it’s important to remember the key role you play in the learning process. And that extends to your child’s behavior. Self-regulation begins as co-regulation. So be there. This sweet little guy was shared to IG by parentosa.

An old "friend" sent me a voice note on WhatsApp. He was fishing for information. So I lied to him. Here's why: You know that one person from back home. Acts nice. Smiles in your face. But you can FEEL the energy. They don't want updates — they want ammunition. He heard I might be in town for Ramadan and wanted to "check in." I told him I'm in Dubai. Just to watch what he'd say next. And he didn't disappoint. "Oh… I thought you'd come see your mom and dad." What he doesn't know is my parents are currently traveling the world. Living their best life. No stress. No worries. That chapter is handled. I said "no" and kept it moving. Then came the real question he wanted to ask all along. "So how's life… still studying? Still in school or what?" There it is. The status check disguised as concern. I told him I'm looking for a job. Meanwhile I'm printing 9 figures a year. Old me would've take a picture of the watch im wearing Sent a view from the Villa. Dropped a receipt just to watch him choke on it. But I didn't send a single thing. And I know exactly what he's doing next — calling every mutual friends saying "bro he's still job hunting lol." Good. Let him. I felt nothing. No urge. No itch. Complete peace. This is what nobody tells you about winning. At some point you stack so many W's in silence that you stop needing anyone to see them. You validate yourself internally. The scoreboard is in your head — and it's full. Now I just live. Move how I want. Buy what I want. Go where I want. Some people in real life think I'm flexing. I'm not. This is just Tuesday (while Today is Saturday and im in my office working) for me now. The trenches paid off. Quietly.

The Man Who Keeps Passing the Dementia Test (That’s Not the Win He Thinks It Is) Donald Trump has taken a cognitive test three times. Three. Other presidents: zero. He brings this up constantly. With pride. The way a golden retriever brings you a sock. The test exists to catch early dementia. It checks whether your brain is still broadly attached to reality. One of the questions involves identifying animals from a picture. An elephant. A giraffe. A cow. A gorilla. A lion. He got them right. All of them. It wasn’t easy, he’ll tell you. Don’t let anyone say it was easy. He wants you to know this. Think about that for a moment. The most powerful man on earth is standing in front of cameras, chest out, informing the world that he correctly identified a lion. And the world is not laughing. Some of it is trembling. No previous president felt the need to announce this. Because correctly identifying a lion has never, in the history of the republic, been considered a prerequisite for nuclear launch codes. It is the kind of achievement usually celebrated at a five-year-old’s birthday party. Trump doesn’t see it that way. To him, three perfect scores is a record. A legacy. A cognitive achievement no other president has come close to — mainly because no other president was ever asked. The doctors gave him the test to check whether something was slipping. He took it as a trophy. Follow Gandalv Gandalv

My humble opinion on the current deterioration of Polish-Ukrainian relations. I think many people still do not fully understand one important characteristic of Ukrainian society: when it comes to our own, we close ranks. Inside the country, we can argue endlessly about politicians, criticize the government, and hold very different views. But when an action from abroad is perceived as an attack on a representative of our state, the reaction becomes very different. Zenskiy is our President. People may support him or criticize him, but he remains the President of Ukraine. I am genuinely saddened by what is happening. I will never forget what ordinary Poles did for Ukrainians in the first years of the full-scale invasion. Thousands of people opened their homes and their hearts. For many Ukrainians, that kindness will never be forgotten. Perhaps what saddens me most is that I believed this chapter of our shared history had already been addressed. We went through difficult conversations about the past. There were words of forgiveness, gestures of reconciliation, and a willingness to acknowledge each other’s pain. I thought we had already asked each other for forgiveness for the darkest pages of our common history and found a way to move forward. Apparently, some wounds have not fully healed. That is why I sincerely hope our relationship does not enter a downward spiral. The only side that benefits from further escalation between Poland and Ukraine is ruzzia. I remain deeply grateful to those Poles who have preserved their humanity, solidarity, and support. I want to believe that common sense will prevail over emotions and that our nations will find a way through this crisis without destroying the trust that was built at such a high cost. P.S One of Odesa’s most iconic landmarks, the Passage, was designed by Lev Włodek, an Odesa architect from an old Polish noble family. Our histories have been intertwined for centuries.

This is the moment when Israeli Arab Yoseph Haddad was thrown out of the Oxford Union after people stamped on the photo of Israeli Arabs who are being held hostage. This is what he writes: ‘I’ll tell you more about what happened at Oxford when I confronted these liars and I’ll also upload clips from my speech there, but one thing I can say for sure - Oxford has been taken over by terror supporters. 90% of the participants are clearly anti-Israel propagandists who admire Nasrallah and Sinwar and believe Israel has no right to exist. During the biased discussion, extreme statements flew such as praising and glorifying the October 7th massacre and claims that it was a “heroic act of an oppressed people.” When a speaker in the audience cried for the residents of Gaza in a forced and unbelievable way, I pulled out a picture of the Muslim hostages Yousef and Hamza al-Ziyadna and asked if she was crying for them too. One of the participants in the audience took the picture and threw it on the floor and others stepped on it. I endured curses, boos, and threats during the confrontation, but there was one thing I was not willing to endure: the humiliation of our hostages. I demanded that they be removed and I refused to continue the discussion, even when the anti-Israel chairman, who actually took part in the confrontation himself, warned me and finally decided to have me removed from the venue. In front of the hostile terrorist-supporting audience, just before I left the hall, I did one last thing - over my official tuxedo, I wore a T-shirt that I had brought. It has a picture of Nasrallah with a large X over it and the caption "Your ‘heroic’ terrorist is dead, we killed him" 🇮🇱✌🏻’

🚨President Trump posted a powerful message on Truth Social on the unmatched strength of our military! Trump is calling on Congress to pass Reconciliation 3.0 with $350 billion for defense and ADDING the SAVE America Act as their top priority. The future of a strong and free America depends on it. Let’s get it done! 🇺🇸 ────────────────────────────── Trump Post: The United States Military has never been stronger, or more powerful. No other Nation can do what we do (It’s not even close!). This year we set even more Historic Recruiting Records, months ahead of schedule. Morale has never been higher. Our Military’s unmatched POWER was on full display during our Celebration of 250 Years of American Independence and, like our Country, the WAR DEPARTMENT has never been “HOTTER.” We need to keep it that way, which is why, when Congress returns, we must pass Reconciliation 3.0, with 350 Billion Dollars for Defense, plus THE SAVE AMERICA ACT! I am calling on House and Senate Leadership to make this their Number One Priority, and ensure that 350 Billion Dollars in Recon 3.0 moves out of the Budget Committee as soon as Congress is back in session. The SAVE AMERICA ACT, which everyone is asking for, paired with the full funding of our Great Department of War, can be passed very quickly, ensuring that the United States of America stays FREE for Generations to come. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

As far as I can tell the situation is this: Casey Putsch ran a very solid campaign for the Republican primary to be governor of Ohio, against the GOP establishment Indian Vivek Ramaswamy , who had the PUBLIC backing of Trump, and Vance, and multiple billionaires funding him. Could his campaign have been run tighter? Had more “viral” moments a lá James Fishback ? Raised more money? Better execution? Sure. But it also could have used a LOT more help. From what I can tell, Casey reached out to Alex Jones to be on the show. No response. He reached out to James Fishback for a shoutout of any kind. No response. No idea on if he reached out to Nicholas J. Fuentes (perhaps that’s the source of Nick’s initial bad blood?) but that surely would’ve helped. “I only want to support a virulent WINNER 🔥” yea I get that mentality and that posturing, Fuentes wants to save his political capital, and saw Putsch as losing no matter what. But did conserving “your power” really work? We already have Jews like Laura Loomer declaring that “the groypers are politically meaningless internet noise!” from this result. I see Red Jews saying “Nick Fuentes is a Dem plant whose influence died off the moment his SPLC funding was cut. 😌”, and that sentiment making the rounds from those angry at Fuentes’s silence, followed by “Rest in Piss! 😜” Oh but don’t worry, there’s a magical discussion that makes all of this make sense, locked behind his $100 a month groupchat paywall. As far as I can tell, Casey Putsch defended Nicholas J. Fuentes and his fans from direct media attacks and barbed questions, and only ever shared Fuentes’s posts giving up on him pre-emptively to say “What the Hell man?” The greatest “mistake” I’d cite Casey for is starting this thing 4 and a half MONTHS before the election. But hey, SOMEONE finally stood up and ran, and he did a damned good job of it with so little time and what, $128,000 raised? He took 17.5% off of an establishment GOP Chosen One with the backing of the ZioBoomer President, the Indian-Elect Vice, and multiple deep pocket billionaires. He proved that an America First Nationalist can put up numbers and he did it with ZERO help. I’m proud to have supported Casey Putsch and his campaign. I hope more America First Nationalists like him stand up (albeit earlier in their races), and I hope we as Nationalists do a better job of supporting them. I think his campaign was a good prototype that we can build from and learn from. Thank you Casey. 🫵🏼👑💪🏻
