🇳🇬 & NNPCL lack knowledge of the enormous potentials of a refinery. They thought it is all about PMS & increasing price in the local mkt not knowing they will make bigger profit from the 14 byproducts of refining crude that will power our industrial base. Dangote is exploiting it

Head or tail Dangote will win. I think his export revenues surpasses what he will get by supplying fuel to Nigeria.
