I went to that wrestling room, looked through that square door, and hoped that I could get back. My father went and asked, begged him for me to get back on the team. Coach said if he let me back, I’d have to clean the restroom every day and do extra work every day. That’s where I made the biggest jump. My punishment made me better. He was making me do more reps, more conditioning, more cleaning. I love that man to this day - he even named his first son after me." (Via UFC )
