Daniel Craig is the best James Bond ever. Enough time has passed. Sean Connery is second, but don’t get too nostalgic: all of Craig’s Bond films were hits, some more than others, but Craig never made a bad Bond film. That includes Skyfall- the best James Bond film ever made.

No sorry, Pierce Brosnan was the best James Bond ever.

Skyfall barely made sense. Only casino royale had a satisfying plot.

Quantum of Solace sucked. Everything else was great.

Casino Royale the best, and his last one the worst. Not a fan of Skyfall- at all. All of the Connery ones are a look back in time and always so much fun. Saw them growing up and he still IS James Bond to me and so many others. So yeah, we totally disagree here.

I disagree, Daniel Craig wasn’t fun. The movies were not fun. They missed the whole point of what a “Bond” movie should be.

Trashing Goldeneye will not be tolerated here

Wrong.

Quantum of solace, Spectre and No time to die are not good.

Sorry, no. Connery was best, and the only decent one Craig did was Casino Royale, which was one of the best Bond movies...

nah. I'll give Sean Connery #1, but Pierce Brosnan absolutely crushed the role of James Bond. I won't say all of his movies were top notch, but Brosnan lived and breathed bond in a way not seen in years. Daniel Craig was an actor playing Bond well....Peirce Brosnan WAS Bond.

Bollocks. He made two great Bond films, the rest are 💩. He’s the most overrated Bond. Disrespected the fans “I’d rather slit my wrists” comment. Then come crawling back for £50m only to be a co-producer and kill an iconic character off because of his ego and farewell. F him!

This is not James Bond. He'd never ride b_tch

His films were the best but Brosnan is the best Bond. Brosnan with the production of those movies would have been much better.

Mother fucker has as much charisma as my toe nail clippings

Graig was good in Casino Royale. After that Bond became a gloomy, moody and rather dull character. The movies become too serious and all the charm was lost. The last one was a bigger let down. Graig wasn't happy with the role at all.

Daniel Craig was easily the most unwatchable James Bond of them all.

Pierce Brosnan came in when the franchise was at its lowest after the cold war when the Soviets could no longer be the go-to bad guys and made enough of an impact to inspire Austin Powers and Archer. Hard to argue with that imo.

Am I the only one who really loved the quantum of solace

Sean Connery just had that special "It Factor" that makes him #1, though.

Mate NTTD ain’t a Bond film. It’s an inversion of Bond. Truly terrible.

So what if Timothy Dalton had the level of material that Daniel Craig had...? I think Dalton would've been the GOAT Bond

Spectre was a disappointing movie, bad actually. Craig is very good, but Connery didn’t miss as Bond. Connery is the best Bond.

That’s you and Barbara Broccoli then. Anyone else? 😁

Dear God, man! You'll have to make it a point to actually watch some of the James Bond movies someday.

You are obviously young because there is only one.

Daniel Craig is the worst bond in history. He was a disgrace for the franchise.

If you like your Bond broody and looking like he's pissed off and hating life all the time, Craig is your Bond. CR is great, Skyfall decent, the rest not that good. I also enjoy the ambitious villains, the quirky henchman, the cool tech and the bases (both villains and Mi6).

The most bond to the book was Dalton!

"Craig never made a bad Bond film." Quantum Of Solace just read that:

Have to disagree Casino Royale and Skyfall were good QOS I enjoyed but missed the mark, SPECTRE is a mess and NTTD is 24 carat shite. Craig got too up his own arse and had too much power in the end

CASINO ROYALE is a great Bond film, one of the best, but it was all downhill from there. All of Connery's films are entertaining and most of them are top tier Bond movies.

@tonymc39 Skyfall was fine, but it loses points for being the only Bond film in which the villain actually achieves his main aim.

Craig was a brute who 'phoned it in' after Casino Royale. Connery, however, embodied the totality of Bond’s characteristics aannnd he’s Fleming-approved.🍸

I wouldn't mistake the recency and popularity of Casino Royale and Skyfall for the opinion that all his movies were hits. Casino Royale is a great movie, but Quantum of Solace was forgettable and Skyfall is probably the most overrated Bond movie in franchise history. Craig is a very good Bond, but I struggle to put him ahead of Brosnan, Connery, the oddly under appreciated Roger Moore, and the criminally underrated Timothy Daulton. If anything, Craig is Daulton 2.0 when audiences were ready for the darker Bond iteration classic to the literary portrayal.

He was the worst Bond ever (and I’m not exaggerating).
