The director of Casino Royale admitted he had doubts about Daniel Craig being “sexy” enough for James Bond. “People like Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan… All traditional handsome, all sexy, all attractive to women. Daniel was tougher and rugged.”

In Casino Royale the iconic moment of Daniel Craig emerging from the sea was an accident. Originally, James Bond was meant to stay in water but, according to Craig, the shot occurred because he swam into an awkwardly sited sand bank and history was made.

“I remember Daniel coming out of the water and the whole crew going ‘Oh my god’. And that was probably the only time when a pap shot, because it was a pap shot that broke, that then of course changed the whole idea of Daniel and what his Bond was going to be like.” – Barbara Broccoli on filming CASINO ROYALE.

In Casino Royale, Daniel Craig said this scene was an accident. “It was actually by accident. Where we filmed, off the Bahamas, it’s just there is a sand shelf and the sand shelf happens to be three feet deep. I was supposed to swim in and float off, but I stand up.“

Whether it happens or not, Jack Lowden will always be my pick for the next James Bond. He already has the spy credentials, the range, the charisma, and that Daniel Craig-era intensity. After the latest rumors that he’s being strongly considered, I need this to happen.

Before Timothy Dalton was cast, Sam Neill was in the running to play James Bond. This is his screen test. Many fans still think Sam Neill could’ve been a great darker-era Bond. His screen test had the charm, danger, and classic Bond confidence.

Fun fact from Craig Bartlett: Arnold didn’t have a last name for the first 10 years of his existence because Craig simply couldn’t think of a good one. They even made jokes about it for five seasons — like his bus pass saying “BORN: YES.” Then Tim Parsons suggested that Grandpa had actually been calling Arnold by his last name the entire series, and everyone just assumed it was a nickname: Shortman. By then the series was almost over, so they had to wait until The Jungle Movie in 2017 to finally reveal it: Arnold Shortman.

wat . youre telling me that hyunjin requested his hair to be cut 30 minutes before mubank so the stylist cut had to cut his hair rlly quickly and he looks that good.... ok . 🥟 ah i think i looked handsome during this promotion. i cut my hair completely on impulse and i actually cut it 30 minutes before the music bank prerecording when it was time to get ready! i was the last one you know? the stylist was like "uh? uh? huh? okay! i'll do it quickly! dont blame me okay?" and then ✂️ and then i went up. i think if i had done this & that with long hair it might've felt too heavy
