Daniel Penny’s police interrogation. This prosecution is an utter travesty.

There are many things Trump needs to do day one but Daniel Penny should be pardoned and in attendance at the Inaugural Ball.

Never get questioned by the police without an attorney, even if you’re completely innocent.

Daniel Penny spoke openly because, he rightly believed he did nothing wrong. All it took was a politically and racially motivated DA office to wrongfully press charges. Bragg and his band of politically biased and racial bigots should be frog marched out of office by NYC citizens.

Never talk to the police, except to say “I was in fear for my life and defended myself. I will not make any further statement until I speak with my attorney.”

The problem is he was rightfully confident he didn't do anything wrong. I feel it's more tempting to talk to the cops in that case. You should always lawyer up, always.
