Daniel Wolfe and Andrew Rentschler have violated not only their engineering professional conduct standards and ethics, but they have violated John and his family's rights, and ours - our trust in the profession and our relationship to the courts. Your move, ARCCA.

Lydia, I am beyond disappointed in their blatant bias in this case. ARCCA is supposed to be one of the top expert companies for forensic engineering issues. A man is dead. They didn't even care. How disgusting to say it's your child's birthday while Peggy sat in that courtroom at her son's MURDER TRIAL. That was so distasteful. I am actually such about it.

I did not see those exhibits. I don't know how Rentschler could keep lying after that. As an engineer, I consider that scientific misconduct. And at a murder trial. I really have no words.

It is misconduct.

Lydia, it usually takes me a few days to pull out of a migraine episode when it lasts three days. But, listening to Wrentschler just made it worse. He lied. He was rude. He sidestepped. He made fun of the questions. He destroyed texts. They both defamed engineering experts as witnesses in a broad sense. I could go on. You have spent time on this video and it is excellent ‼️It needs to reach all of the top desks of Arcca and heads need to roll, namely Wolfe and Wrentschler. This is unacceptable. I’m not sure how their organization is set up regarding hierarchy, CEO, Board of Directors, whatever, but it needs to happen. W probably left and had a ham sandwich with Bog Daddy, but it shouldn’t end here‼️

He was so terrible. I really thought we were already at the bottom of the barrel with Wolfe, Russell, Laposata - he made them all pale in comparison. I'm so outraged at the birthday shoutout with John's mother sitting there.

It makes me really sad for ethical engineers, Dr. Welcher... My dad would be absolutely outraged by this.
