Today is National Indigenous Peoples Day! This important day is a fitting time to acknowledge and celebrate the diverse cultures, histories and contributions of Indigenous Peoples. We had an incredible celebration yesterday at the Royal Alberta Museum, and I encourage all of you to attend additional events and programs happening throughout Alberta this weekend. This is a meaningful occasion to strengthen relationships and continue walking together with Indigenous Peoples in the spirit of reconciliation.

They're very lawless./ They seem to think that they're above the law. Introducing and passing legislation that protects themselves. Talking about the nations as if we're law breaking people.
