Meet Angel Lovely, 37, and Nicholas Bergdoll, 37. They're now charged in the death of Malichi Allen Lovely. The four year old had cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus. Police now say they've learned that he spent much of his time in a closet under the stairs and was often locked inside.
