It’s insane how a manager with a lower net spend than West Ham is considered “overrated” after winning 7 trophies in 8 years whilst competing against the Lance Armstrong of football.

He's definitely in sentences including the word 'rated'. Unlike Danny Mills.

Danny Mills was utterly overrated as a player. Klopp has won league titles, champions league (got to a few finals), various cups etc. All on a much lower budget than his rivals. Plus his teams are exciting to watch.

There are a lot of haters in English football, Klopp’s record with Liverpool is very good and without City cheating would have more league titles without question
