In this Korty’s interview with Asake, this part stood out for me. Asake, while prompting his car’s voice assistant to play him one of his songs, first spoke with a slight accent. But the voice assistant couldn’t understand him and he quickly switched to his original, African self. This, coupled with the usage of the Yoruba language in the interview, shows that to cement your place in the world and get the admiration of the entire world, you must be your original self. This is one of the best interviews I’ve seen and I encourage everyone to go see it as well. God bless all the creatives behind this.

If you’re among the majority of Democrats who did not vote for your Senate nominee and believe he should work hard to earn your support — his top campaign surrogate has a message for you: “YOU ARE ALL UNBELIEVABLY ISLAMAPHOBIC PIECES OF SHIT.” My message to you is simple: You have a home with us. This fight isn’t about left vs right. This fight is about the soul of our nation. We have a state to save, Michigan! Let’s Get to Work! 🇺🇸

🚨Scary scene here Raoni Barcelos goes limp while fighting Raul Rosas Jr. Unclear exactly what may have caused it, but you can see Barcelos gets taken down and goes limp after potentially hitting his head on the mat (?). Not super clear exactly what happened, but with the fact that his arms went limp and the ringside doctor had to check his pulse was super concerning. Definitely have to be concerned about a possible neck injury. He had to be stretched off. Hopefully we get some clarity soon. 🙏🏼 Wishinf him the best of luck and hope all is ok.

Many of you know Kenny 2RawTooReal as quick witted with an eloquent, if lethal, tongue, and as the master of impromptu gathering. All of which he is... But what I am BLESSED to know is that he is a generous and nurtuing friend with a skilled mind who has the ability to see each friend individually and care for them accordingly. Kenny is a gifted young man who God will continue to take from glory to glory. This new year in his life will be his best year thus far... And I know the best is yet to come.

🚨Update If you have a heart, these 2 videos will affect you. If these 2 boys are not properly dealt with now, they will become gangsters and start stabbing people within 5 years. Save this tweet to prove i’m wrong. These 2 Addu High School students first attacked the other student you see in the video, on the street, pushing him to the ground and kicking his head and body, then continued the attack later on the bus. It has been 72 hours since the attack, yet Principal Nadeem is delaying the investigation, fearing he could be transferred to another school if the matter reaches the media. This is his 2nd major failure involving assault, bullying and fighting in 12 months time. This school is being undermined by incompetence. Principal Nadeem only cares about bright students and 90% of his focus is on them, to make sure at least 10-15 students make it to top ten each year.

This is the type of play I worry about with the Hawks picking up Ben King. At this stage of his career, he should kill a young defender in this position. This should be a simple case of holding position and taking the mark. But where is the body use? Where is the physicality? He has Harry Dean (and credit to Harry for making the spoil) in all sorts of trouble here, but allows him to get to the fall of the ball in a spot King should have owned. He has to be better than this.

🚨BREAKING: A man was just filmed going limp… after multiple ICE agents pinned him face down, in Burlingame, California. ICE agents were seen piled on top of a man, while he was face down on the ground… with multiple agents putting their full weight on top of him. Moments later, they roll him over, you see his body completely limp, and he appears to be unconscious. Think about how far that had to go for his body to shut down like that. Think about how much pressure, how long, how intense it had to be… for someone to go unconscious. Because that’s not “routine,” or “standard.” At least 17 states have already passed laws banning, or severely restricting, chokeholds, and neck restraints, by law enforcement. Why? Because this is how people die. Because once someone is face down… with weight on their back… oxygen gets cut off. We’ve seen this before, and yet, here we are again… Watching a body go limp on camera. And the only reason this isn’t being explained away by DHS… is because he woke back up. If he hadn’t… What would they have said happened?

We’ve seen guys like Judge, Stanton, Wells and others tinker with their stances to get into a better hitting position to attack strikes in the zone. When a guy like Volpe has struggled to hit consistently for his first 3 years, is constantly late on mid-velocity heaters in the middle of the zone and is constantly off-balance when he misses the off-speed stuff; you think to take a look at his pre-pitch habits especially what he’s doing with his hands and stride, and consider eliminating some of the unnecessary movements to simplify things and be ready to attack a pitch in the strike zone sooner. Volpe starts with his hands high above his head with some waggle to probably keep his hands moving and stay in rhythm, then as he strides he drops his hands into the slot while he loads, then wraps his hands behind him as he strides and keeps his weight back on his backside. That front foot needs to get down early as he gets his hands back to be ready to smoke something in the zone. Why hasn’t someone suggested dropping his hands pre-pitch in his stance to get them into the slot early, keep them back to prevent wrapping, and cut out one less moving part to get him better ready to attack pitches in the zone? He can even still have some waggle back there if he prefers to keep his hands moving. In theory if his hands are down and back already, all he needs to do is get his front foot down in time? It’s worth a try lol

Today I have to reach another city for an important work. Nearby petrol pumps had no petrol due to the ongoing #TruckDriversProtest so I was a bit tensed as to how I would reach my destination. I decided to wake up at 04:00 AM and reach the highway to take lift. Suddenly a truck stopped and driver offered me lift. He told me that he is from Rajasthan and he is going to return this truck to the owner. He told that today this is his last ride and from tomorrow he will do some other work. I asked, why? For which he replied it’s because of BJP, BjP has made laws in which we have to pay 10 lakhs and 10 year imprisonment if my truck meets with any accident. He told that he earns only 15k per month and doesn’t have his own house, he can’t pay this much. He started crying, I gave him some money when I reached the destination for the ride, that he denied And when I was getting down from the truck he said with tears, Babu ji don’t vote for bjp if you care for poor people in Bharat . I promised and left his truck with tears in my eyes 💔

The Pirates lost a Paul Skenes start for the 7th straight time last night…... Look at the box score and you think Paul continues to be the victim of poor run support…. Watch the game and you know Paul is competing with diminished stuff… Paul is at his best when he throws the baseball with the muscles of motor tract 1….He’s used the muscles of motor tract 5 for the majority of this season. Follow Paul’s back knee in each instance… 97 MPH fastball on left vs Rockies last night compared to 100 MPH fastball vs Rockies in August of 2025 on the right.

With great regret, I come to inform you that I am out of the next #UFC317 competition. I suffered a foot fracture during training and, after medical evaluation, I was instructed to have surgery and focus 100% on recovery. It's not easy to stay out of something I've been preparing for with so much dedication, and without a doubt this would be the most advantageous fight of my career but I understand that this is just another challenge on the way and I trust the plans that Allah has for me! I sincerely thank everyone who is with me - we remain firm, stronger with each obstacle. The battle was only postponed... I'll be back soon!

Toots is a loving and affectionate 11 year old male Shihtzu. Sadly his owner has had a stroke and can no longer care for him. Toots is looking for someone to love him, a home he can cosy up in and sit on your lap. As you can see, he loves a treat and will patiently say “ma mum” for more! He is house trained and chipped. Toots is healthy with no medical issues. He hasn’t lived with children, his owner has kindly requested a home with no kids. He hasn’t been around cats. He does like to play with other dogs, especially the females. Toots hasn’t lived with another pet before. He travels fine in the car and goes to the dog groomers with no issue. He walks well on the lead. Toots eats Winalot wet and often gets some mixed dry food too. For more information please email only to info@help2rehome.com If you need help to rehome your pet, please visit our website or call our registration line on 0330 133 4594. It was a sad day for Jiu-Jitsu. 😔 Last week at a tournament in Brazil, a black belt known as Kabuto suffered a very serious cervical spine injury while competing in the No-Gi Open Class. He went for a triangle against a much heavier opponent. His opponent stood up while Kabuto was upside down in the triangle and slammed him onto the mat, landing him on his neck. Kabuto was taken to the hospital and underwent a very long surgery. Unfortunately, his injury is extremely serious, and no one knows how much he will be able to recover and it may require a tremendous amount of support and resources. I’m making this post for two reasons. First, there is a fundraiser to help Kabuto and his family during his recovery. I’m leaving the link here below. If you are able to help, any support would mean a lot. 🙏 Second, I think this is an important reminder for all of us in the Jiu-Jitsu community to understand what is legal and illegal, but especially what can cause catastrophic injuries. Slamming someone like this is illegal under all Jiu-Jitsu rulesets, so If you see something like that happening in training, stop the roll, call the coach, and speak up. Millions of people train and spar in Jiu-Jitsu every day, and serious incidents like this are thankfully very rare. But when something like this happens, we should learn from it and do everything we can to prevent it from happening again. Please keep Kabuto and his family in your thoughts, and if you can, consider supporting his recovery through the link in my bio. 🙏❤️ Let’s take care of each other. This man, who is around 50 years old, had always dreamed of buying a motorcycle in his youth. But because of financial struggles and the responsibility of raising and supporting his family, he could never afford to buy his dream bike. Now that his children have grown up and started earning, he finally came to a motorcycle showroom today to buy the bike he had dreamed of owning. As he purchased his dream bike after 24 years, he became emotional. It was the same bike he could not afford to buy 24 years ago. He quietly sat down on the floor and kept looking at the motorcycle with tears in his eyes. It was as if all the emotions he had carried inside for years had finally come out. He had waited so long to fulfill this one dream. In life, some people get everything easily, while others have to wait 24 years just to buy a single motorcycle.

Here’s a back angle of the same play. This is a clean play IMO. I see some mild contact here, but no tackle “from behind” is performed which has been alluded to by some. Jakob is not a dirty player and has never proven to be. Kuithe plants with his left leg at the top of the route and you see a slight buckling inward of the left knee (valgus force which is typical in ACL tears.) This is normal contact with a TE/DB at the top of a route. Jakob disengages with his body after the initial contact. It appears to be a left knee injury. Possibly an ACL tear with some collateral damage based off the mechanism. Kuithe begins to hobble after the plant and eventually falls to the turf. Kuithe, in 2022 suffered an ACL injury and meniscus tear to his right knee. Data shows that once you’ve had an ACL Injury, there is a higher risk of injuring your opposite knee than your reconstructed knee. Furthermore, there is increasing data supporting the elevated risk of ACL injuries correlated to turf as well as style and type of cleats. My heart goes out to Kuithe.

I honestly hate having to make tweets like this, but the pure hypocrisy in this fandom has crossed every line! Major BTS fanbases stay dead silent without dropping a single statement, while this disgusting behavior from Jiminas is being completely romanticized all over the timeline This lack of respect is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Since when is seeing healthy, happy guys, interacting with each other on stage and trying to give their absolute best to the fans considered a problem? You guys are literally romanticizing mass hate trains against Taehyung, Seokjin, and Jungkook just because they’re actually enjoying the tour and having fun? Are you really that miserable? Apparently, for these Jiminas, a concert is only "good" when the members are collapsing from exhaustion on stage and needing oxygen masks from overexertion. Is THAT what you pray to see? Stop romanticizing this harassment and bitter behavior. What’s happening on stage is a group of healthy, happy guys enjoying their time with fans and each other. THAT is what’s making this tour so iconic and going viral for all the right reasons. If seeing them happy pisses you off this much, you're the problem. Get help and stop being so toxic

THAT is what’s making this tour so iconic and going viral for all the right reasons. If seeing them happy pisses you off this much, you're the problem. Get help and stop being so toxic
