Dashcam video captured a loose tire rolling along Interstate 76 in Philadelphia before it slammed into an SUV.

That person is lucky they didn’t get killed. It’s happened before from a runaway tire.

Dash cam owner kept driving and sent video to action news instead of making sure everyone in the car was ok or getting the license of the truck that could have killed people. SMH.

One of my nightmares.. I had a ladder fall off a work truck in front of me one time heading to West Chester and I couldn't go around it it went straight under my SUV had to get AAA to lift the car to get it out freaked me out
