I have a Gamesir, they banned a jitter feature that was available in the software briefly. Gamesir removed it from the app immediately. The controllers feel nice and responsive but they are definitely not cheating.

The gamesirs were banned in apex because they used to have RC filter available in the tuning software which was kinda like aimbot. Game sir have since removed this in later firmware and also have a Pro or Competition version which varies again from the normal software
