Why is it such a nightmare trying to find a hair stylist as a Black woman? I have my sew-in and my braider that I'm happy with, but trying to find someone who styles and cuts natural hair has restarted the nightmarish cycle of trying to find, book, and actually make it to the chair of someone new. The prices are going up (which is fine I'm not hating on what you can charge), but the experience from A-Z has plummeted when looking for someone new. All I ask is, can we get the experience to match the price or the price to match the experience? If you do that, great...if you don't, please do better.
