Dave Gahan is in a different league. His version of "Heroes" is great too.

I don’t know how anyone has the balls to try. No one can pull it off. What made that song magic cannot be replicated or recaptured. Every version I hear sounds like it’s being done by a cover band at the local Moose lodge. Just stop unless you’re Hooky, Bernard, or Stephen.
