This from Jim Carey is excellent too and carries the same message You can still fail doing what you don’t want to do, so you might as well go for what you want

Love that advice. If you're going to fail, make sure it's doing what you want. Fail at your self-directed goals. Don't fail at goals that others prescribe for you.

Great piece of advice and makes me think about how that relates to the tug and pull of leadership. Making something yours, but also knowing you can't do it alone.
