Because he isn’t able to get it back. That’s the red flag. You can have a break in service and your clearance be inactive but usually a quick security review (anywhere from 30-90 days) and you can get it issued back as long as you’re eligible and no major issues pop up when it was inactive. It’s been like a year and half since Grusch testified to Congress and talked about getting in a SCIF.

Even the ICIG said parts of his complaint were credible. Grusch said during the hearing there was an active investigation. Could be ongoing

No. 1) His medical history wasn’t released. The county released a police report via FOIA with the outcome of a law enforcement response to being called by Grusch’s wife to his residence. 2) That situation being public has nothing to do with his clearance as it would have already been part of the investigation of his clearance. 3) The ICIG complaint has nothing to do with his clearance other than the complaint being about receiving reprisals.

That can't be true, right? That'd be a broken system.

If so, why aren't they public given they are approved to release to the public? This is an age old question now that's incredibly important. And clearly it's important, as you bring it up here again in a debate with Dr. Shermer. But why won't David Grusch show them? You said in an X space that Grusch admitted maybe he was wrong about his "Catch 22" thing after hearing what I said, and as I quote, you said his words were: "Maybe I did @%ck up". But then you countered that idea in the X space and said I was "just wrong"; but you never said why. So, why am I wrong? I am open to being wrong, but I've never heard why. Since you continue to push these points (albeit eloquently), I'd love to ask again.
