I don't care what your opinion on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is, but she makes quite a good case here. Prosecutors rarely ever unanimously agree with charging decision. There are always some sort of disagreements. To claim that David Weiss was trying to cover for Hunter Biden is ridiculous. Weiss was appointed by Trump and supported by William Barr.
