How does a mainchain cover multiple side chains transactions if all the banks have their own side chains all leading to the xrpl But they all do 200 tps and they want to shift across. This also... leads to the question of the new bridges. Can the xrpl truly keep up with the level of infrastructure being bolted to it. Can the xrpl handle it? We have had inscriptions last year that nearly blew the top at 140 tps I know recently it managed 240 tps? (Correct if wrong) but can the XRPL handle that much traffic? Or is there a new mechanism within the bridges to slow the rate of traffic? This was an interesting Q made me really think #xrp #xrplshow more

@JoelKatz The side chains are acting like layers 2s on etherium or Cosmos hub Tendermint (layer 1s), transactions on sidechains won’t impact the XRPL. Side chains will negatively impact price spreading out liquidity away from the base chain as we’ve seen with Etherium and Cosmos.
