I made it there already; that was my goal. My dream wasn't to do like... I mean, I wanted to do good programs, and I did do good programs. But I was like, "This is it. Now nothing can affect my mood like, I was already so happy." Not even the competition could affect me. The competition couldn't bring me down. Nothing could. I'm just happy to be there and so really trying to live it up. At that point, this was my last competition, so I'm honestly very excited for taking my last and for such a big one.

First time making pho and this is how I did it. Cooking a new cuisine for the first time was more challenging than I was expecting. There was a lot to learn and mistakes along the way but happy it turned out okay. The pho wasn't quite what I was expecting. It had good meaty flavor but lacking that authentic taste. The oxtail fried rice, however, was a nice surprise.

He is such a phenomenal actor. When I met him, I was just like… This guy is going so far in life, like, he is going to be just… I know he is going to put out phenomenal performances. So, I’m so excited for him to be on SNL. I think he is the perfect fit for something like this. You know, he is a very good serious actor but he is also very silly. And I think that is just the perfect vibe for SNL, and I’m so excited and so proud of him. And I can’t wait to see him kill it! I’m going to be watching."
