🚨 David Ornstein on Lewis Hall becoming the next left back signing for Manchester United: 🗣️ "I'm being told this morning that Manchester United will make a formal offer of around £50m and add-ons that could reach £60m for the Newcastle left-back while almost agreeing to a £200k per... week wages.".. Without a doubt Michael Carrick is a big-time lover of hall... the England international has been silently preparing to leave Newcastle and looking for houses near Carrington training ground since Two months ago... I learnt that this morning Lewis hall communicated of his intention to be paid 200k per week if he decides to make the move... United see him as the long-term solution on the left side of defence and someone who can also push high up the pitch as well.. Talks between the clubs are expected to intensify over the next 24 hours with personal terms already close to being agreed in principle. Hall’s camp are understood to be fully on board and view the project under Carrick as the right next step for his career but also they can renew contract with Newcastle. Newcastle will push hard for a higher fee and structured payments but United are prepared to go to the upper end of their valuation if necessary. There is confidence at Old Trafford this morning that a breakthrough can be found before the end transfer window.
