We are seeing a lot of confusion about "Body to Body", so just to clear things up: Yoongi and Namjoon were not against using the Arirang sample. What they had concerns about was how it was layered in the track. In the earlier version, the sample was much louder and overlapped with the vocals, which made it overwhelming for listeners. The final version we got is different, with the sample more subtly blended into the background. So, to be clear, they were not against the Arirang sample itself. The version we hear today reflects adjustments made after those initial concerns were raised.

I handle all communications and handling with the manufacturers so it's a such a great feeling seeing it all come together live and be part of the process. Battletrap had one of the coolest designs in Transformers ROTB. He was a character that looked very badass, our modeling team did an amazing job on him. Originally, he was a Decepticon, even having the Decepticon insignia on his forehead and in concept art. We changed this to the Terrorcon insignia fairly late into production to match the rest of the Terrorcons like Scourge and NightBird. He was a very large character and we spent a good chunk of time making him dirty and greasing him up. I did the blocking Texturing & LookDev on him before handing off to my team to take him through to final. We experimented with making the lights of his eyes pulse and animate as he spoke, since he doesn't have a mouth, but these efforts were scrapped as he didn't have enough dialogue in the film to warrant the R&D efforts required to make it look great. Fun fact: During production, a Transformers fan had found my University graduation project of Titan (the predecessor to Hyperion) and claimed it was a leak of Battletrap from the film. This was very funny to see from my perspective as someone who had made the referenced work and was also working on the film itself. (Yes i know the movement is exaggerated, its just to show the motion, it also doeant move like jello when in vr) -Left is before, Right is after- Ok wall of text time for the nerds Literally everything is the same on both sides except the position of 1 bone (made sure that even after adjusting, the collider would still be in the same spot) The reason for this change is because she wanted to be able to clap her ass in vr, and last time i did this all i did was add a toggle for a hidden bone that moved, and its angle would trigger the sound. You don’t realize how much of yourself you put into a program until it’s time to leave. When I joined Tarpon, there really wasn’t much in place. I had to supplement the lack of equipment with my own gear. Even while taking my personal equipment with me now, I was still able to donate over 40 high-end wooden lockers, around 40 locker room and field chairs, more than 25 metal lockers, a new batting cage net, dugout fans, new bullpen lights, a new front toss protective screen, lounge couches for the locker room, extra protective screens, uniforms, gear—and much more. The baseball, basketball and girls volleyball and girls basketball all got locker rooms and upgraded equipment because of my efforts. It’s safe to say I left my mark on the program. The next person stepping in will find much more than I did when I started. I wish them all the best. I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure if the staff would let me retrieve my equipment, and there was a bit of back and forth. But in the end, it worked out, and I appreciate that. After everything I put in and sacrificed for the program, it meant a lot to be able to get my things. Thank you.

MiniMax H3 Instead of sharing the prompts for each of these videos, I thought it would be more useful to share how I created that prompts. All of the videos were generated with text-to-video. First, find an image with the kind of scene, composition and mood you want to recreate. I used a few YouTube playlist thumbnails as references but Pinterest is also a great place to find inspiration. You can even use your own old or nostalgic photographs. Then upload the image to ChatGPT and ask it to describe the scene. The description it gives you can essentially become your text-to-video prompt. From there, you can generate completely new scenes with a similar composition, atmosphere and cinematic language. You can of course use the reference image directly with image-to-video or as a first frame. But if the original image isn't yours, I prefer using it only as visual inspiration and recreating the scene through text-to-video. This is the prompt I use with ChatGPT: "Describe the scene in this image in English, focusing primarily on what is happening, the characters, their actions and body language, the setting and the overall atmosphere. Also briefly describe the composition, framing, camera angle, approximate lens choice, lighting, color palette and cinematic aesthetic. Once the weights are set up, it can move very freely with a relatively low amount of work. However, it also shares the same weakness as 3D joints: when rotated at large angles, it can produce unpleasant twisting and distortion. On the left is the Hand-Bent Joint： The basic idea is to add bending Keyforms directly to a Warp Deformer, then manually sculpt the ideal deformation. This method can create the most detailed and refined joints, depending entirely on how the rigger designs them. The downside is that it requires much more work. Every additional degree of freedom requires a significant amount of manual adjustment. These two joint methods have almost opposite characteristics, so in actual Live3D work, I choose the most suitable method depending on the situation.
